    Disappointing Service Standards Despite Comfortable Rooms

    The rooms at Sheraton Milan are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Some areas could use a refresh and more thorough cleaning, but this did not affect our stay too much.Unfortunately, the experience around the pool was disappointing. The pool bar was closed, meaning guests had to walk through the entire hotel just to get water from the lobby bar. The pool terrace was also poorly maintained: all the chairs were covered with pine needles, which did not appear to be cleaned away.The breakfast arrangement was particularly unpleasant. Guests were divided into two groups: club members and everyone else. Club members were seated in privileged areas, while the remaining guests were directed outside. Why create such visible separation between guests? If the hotel wants to offer special benefits to club members, there are much more elegant ways to do it, such as welcoming them with a bottle of prosecco in their room or offering a complimentary dinner. Making other paying guests feel like second-class visitors is not good hospitality.What was completely unacceptable was that a delivery or unloading of supplies and equipment took place at 5:30 in the morning, directly below our room windows. Being woken up by this kind of noise so early is not something guests should have to experience in a hotel, especially one of this standard.The hotel offers two complimentary shuttle buses to Milan city centre, which sounds useful, but both were fully booked during our stay. On a positive note, we were sometimes lucky enough to find a taxi waiting outside the hotel, and it was cheaper than using Uber.Overall, the hotel has comfortable rooms and good potential, but the service concept and attention to detail need improvement, especially for a property carrying the Sheraton name.

    Very disappointing experience. Despite having a fully prepaid reservation with breakfast included, the hotel refused to check me in unless they charged a €100 per night hold on my credit card.I understand security deposits are common, but forcing guests to leave such a high amount after everything is already fully paid is unreasonable.The staff were not welcoming at all, there was no luggage assistance, and the overall service felt cold and unprofessional. The location is also far from the city center and the hotel lacks proper hospitality and services expected from this level of hotel.This is honestly one of the worst hotel arrival experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here.     Bed Bugs!! Bed Bugs -16 bites and video of the bugs on the sheets

    Beg Bugs!!! 16 bites and the staff gave no compensation and the managers were brutal. I have video of the bed bugs on the bed sheet and bites all over my body. So Disgusting!!!! I am Marriott lifetime Platinum and never have I had such poor treatment and a worse experience.     Close to San Siro Stadium!

    We arrived late at night and slept in the following morning. The room was decent, though the AC was fixed at 18°C — which we understand is standard for the season — and no matter what we tried, the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We're used to being able to lower it in other places, but that wasn't an option here.The hotel was undergoing renovation, so some areas were still receiving finishing touches; the pool, for instance, was not yet open. We had originally planned to catch a soccer match, but our timing was off by two days, so we decided to move on with our trip.On the plus side, the blackout curtains did an excellent job of keeping the room dark, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I'm sure there are other accommodation options closer to downtown that might offer better value for the price. Keep in mind that it will take you 15 min by metro to get downtown from here.

    I would not say this is a great hotel, but it is definitely good. Outside the city, great location if you visit a football game, but a 45 minute trip by bus and underground to the city centre. Convenient as the bus stop is right outside the hotel and as everywhere pay with your creditcard. Maybe not the most ideal if you return late at night, but a taxi is about 25€. Rooms are large, our shower was not really good, only a little water and difficult to get the temperature right. Quiet, though there was also a conference. Parking at €25 a Night underground, 4 charging stations at €30 fixed price. Nice and efficient staff. Cannot judge on the breakfast or other amenities.
