This hotel was ok. Very close to central station and metros which was great. It's one of the new style of hotels with minimalist interior. It did fit our needs but it is basic. We were in for Olymics so were only in the room to sleep and shower.

The good: staff were lovely and very friendly. Brilliant location just across from Milano Centrale which is perfect when you have a 6am train to catch. Lots of public transport options close by and heaps of great restaurants. Room was very clean and modern.The bad: the bed was *very* soft and the pillows were also super soft. Neither did my back or neck any favours. We couldn’t change the room temperature so it was always too hot. The bathroom door was hung on an angle/warped so it barely shut and scraped loudly along the floor when you closed it. Comfortable hotel near Milano Centrale

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the Milano Centrale train station. The beds and pillows are comfortable (I just wish we were given more pillows). The first night we had an issue with the air conditioning being set too high but the staff fixed it the next day. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of cooked and cold proteins and pastries. Selena at the front desk was very personable and kind. We felt very welcomed and will definitely stay here again! Not recommend the hotel, customer service is beyond reproach. For some unknown reason, the cleaner threw away an important bag and no one took responsibility for it. A basic, minus hotel with terrible customer service. In addition, the environment feels very dangerous and unsafe. Great spot !

This was a perfect location for where i was working, and also great for the railway station. also a short walk to plenty of good restaurants/bars. staff were fine, bed was good, and clean throughout as well.
