    First of all, 90% of the staff are rude.The rooms are ok but outdated. Asked for extra pillows and was refused at first. No kettles or drinking facilities in the room. Powercut at breakfast, limited breakfast still charged the same eventhough no hot food, we got a van out the fridge to compensate for tea/coffee/juice not being available and the rude hotel worker had a meltdown.Staff are constantly outside smoking/ on their phones instead of on the desk and doesn’t look professional. It’s miles out of Milan so don’t book unless you have a car. Would not recommend.

    I would rank this at above "average" but not "very good."There has been no attention paid to the outside of the hotel for some time and so the signs are completely hidden by weeds. So we parked in the first carpark we came to which meant we entered the hotel by the mezzanine and had to go down to the ground floor to check in. We later found that the entrance at the back of the hotel leads to reception and the covered car park. Reception was pleasant and helpful.Room was good. Clean. Quiet. Efficient air con. Reasonable WIFI. A window that opened.Shower screen was damaged and would not close properly leading to a dangerously wet bathroom floor. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was out of a poor machine. There was some scrambled egg which quickly ran out. No-one on the breakfast team seemed to speak english. Only bread supplied were rolls. Very limited choice of meat and cheese compared with other hotels where we have stayed in Italy. Some croissants. A range of restaurants within walking distance. We were in the middle of the summer holidays so it provided reasonable accommodation at an acceptable price.

    Hotel from hell

    First time entering the hotel met by an obnoxious women on the front desk, got up to the our floor with the hallways still being painted floors 1-3 where still not ready either, our shower leaks all over the bathroom and bedroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Beautiful hotel with helping staff

    I stayed for 2 days and found the hotel services excellent. The buffet breakfast is nice with many options. They gave me special early breakfast packed at 5 am, as I was leaving early. The room quality is very good. Air conditioning is silent and effective. House keeping is also very nice.

    The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a good choice and good coffee. We liked a safe underground parking free of charge and the dedicated smoking area where you can actually sit down.Unusually, but the reception is not on the ground floor, but in the basement.Location is good if you have a car and don't mind walking some 15-20 minutes to metro that will take you to Milan center in about 30 minutes.Overall, good value
