The hotel was very nice, calm, and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay there. The atmosphere was comfortable and the experience was unique and memorable for me.The staff was polite and helpful. Captain Garvit is a very kind person, and I was also very happy to meet Pankaj Sharma. Their hospitality made the stay even better.Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Insulting, rude, and disgusting. I had no choice but to call the police (yes that bad) and after the police talked to the owner they found that he lied to them also so they advice me to file a complaint and that's what I will do.

The Best Hotel just about gets a three star review but if half stars were possible it would score a 2.5.! It’s certainly not ‘the best’ although it’s in a good location (10 minute walk) from Milan Centrale and its pleasant staff and nice garden help to elevate my review to a 2.5/3.Nothing has improved since my last visit. Rooms were still circa 1960s, breakfast was poor (coffee from a machine!), no air conditioning, no maid service on my second day and a balcony with a high wall that blocked any view. It’s also impossible to contact the hotel on Booking.com. This is very strange. If you book a room request a room overlooking the garden.

The location is fairly close to milan centrale station. However, the neighborhood seems a little shady. The rooms are very small, and the amenities were provided in it. Breakfast provided was decent, and the staff was courteous with basic needs. Two different metro stations and tram stations are close by.

Desk attendant the WORST!!!

Beware! The desk attendant by the name of Bree or Brynn has to be the rudest most careless employee there! If you ask for anything you have put her out. She’s the ONLY employee who I saw doing NOTHING other than the rewriting the sign, holding the counter up while playing on a personal cell phone and ordering the young man working with her around.Another patron was asking for clean towels while this employee could not have been more rude to her! The employee never gave her towels but made up excuses, stood silent and lectured her. Another patron who had just checked in brought the woman towels from his room.If you are thinking about staying here, plan to bring your own towels, toiletries and an attitude to match the front desk attendant.
