The hotel is characterised by a unique and strategic location, only 4 km away from Fiera Milano, the new trade fair and convention centre located in Rho/Pero, and only 5 km from Fiera Milano City.     We were bused to this hotel after our flight was cancelled by American Airlines after spending 5 hours on board. We were told we were being sent to a nice hotel with dinner included.This Hotel resembles hostel. It is old, worn and not well maintained.We got to the Hotel after 9pm and we're hungry.We were told that the comped dinner would be served in the lobby.My wife and I went into the dining room and asked if we could eat there if we agreed to pay for it ourselves. Even though people were in there eating, we were told the restaurant was closed, and we would have to wait to be served dinner in the lobby with the rest of the stranded passengers from the American Airlines flight.They finally brought out trays of food for dinner. The trays had some sort of aged dried meat and some, if you asked, with turkey along with rolls.The food was lousy. We were treated like second class citizens. No beverages were offered even though they had a cash bar.We ordered and had a couple of drinks at the bar (that we paid for) along with some chips and peanuts. That was our dinner. The staff couldn't seem to care less about us.The staff provided offered no updates about our flight out, bus pick up etc. unless asked.Breakfast served the next morning was OK. Nothing to write home about.     Great two-night stay

    I had a two-night stay in May 2026 for a concert and thought my stay at this hotel was excellent - it really exceeded my expectations.I was a bit hesitant when I first arrived as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and doesn't look amazing from outside, however inside it is completely different. The staff were really friendly when I checked in, and they kindly informed me about the free 5/10 minute shuttle service they do to the 2 nearby metro / train stations every 30 minutes - this was a lifesaver!! When they say 'shuttle' it's actually more of a private taxi, I used it 4 times during my three-day trip and sometimes there was just me who had booked it! This could easily be reserved even an hour/30 minutes before the scheduled time to leave which was super helpful.I also thought the room was lovely and spacious, it was exactly like the pictures. The bathroom and shower were quite luxurious and the room was very clean (standard room with 1 king bed). The TV was quite small however I did not find that to be an issue.Also the pool and gym are a great addition to have on the top floor, with some amazing views especially at sunset. I didn't try the hotel restaurant however there were lots of food options to order online nearby.Overall it was great value for what I paid for and the free shuttle/taxi service was an excellent service included. I would definitely stay here again.     A comfortable retreat with easy access to Milan at a good value

    Very helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. Momo at the front desk made sure we had shuttle transportation available when we needed it and answered our questions and helped with small requests. The hotel is clean and maintains its charm. The Mirror restaurant has a wonderful buffet breakfast and refined and delicious options for dinner. Helena and her colleague in the Spa made our couples spa package a great experience.     Not a 4-Star Hotel – Huge Disappointment

    My stay at Best Western Plus The Hub Hotel was extremely disappointing. This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating.The location is in the middle of an industrial area with constant traffic, and mornings come with additional noise from nearby facilities. The hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. The room was dirty, with damaged furniture, very hard beds, and non-functioning air conditioning.There was also constant noise from housekeeping early in the morning, making it impossible to relax or sleep. The pool area was unhygienic and looked nothing like the photos online. Paying €25 extra for a very basic spa is simply unreasonable.Overall, not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.     As a frequent traveller opinion: Excellent.As a Best Western Diamond member I has been upgraded from standard to premium room as well as early check in has been offered and room has been ready. Reception: free welcome amenities such as water, fruits, candies has been provided 24/7. Reception staff are friendly and helpful (printing, answering questions, extra amenities and iron)Room: 5th floor (premium) corner room. Bathroom with walk- in shower, bidet, hairdryer. Towel - dryer has been working all the time. Stonewall decorated, teak wood floor. Cleanliness: excellent. All towels has been changed daily, bed - linen changed daily. Intimate hygiene gel for bidet, cotton buds, shower caps added daily. Room amenities such as tea, sugar, coffee capsules has been added daily. Toothbrush and razor has been requested from reception by request (free). Iron and ironing board has been quickly delivered by staff on request. Breakfast: continental with usual assortment of hot dishes (omelette, sausages, bacon), wide range of pastries, fruits, yoghurt, fresh fruits (apples, bananas, pineapples). Staff renew buffet quickly as soon it’s finishing. Pots with filtered coffee, unlimited espresso -cappuccino-latte on demand. Waiters are quick and friendly, serving coffee and cleaning tables fast.Swimming pool and gym: 14 floor, free access for all guests. Water are clean and warm, gym facilities such as: dumbles, running machines, cycles. Cooler with fresh water available. Free towels are available on gym and sunbeds near swimming pool, renewing buy staff on time.Checkout: has been surprised by free take-away water and snack.Location: good for travellers by car, underground parking available for 10€/night or lot of free spots around the hotel. Hotel located near Villapizzone bus station and frequently hosts a lot of international bus drivers (FlixBus, Marino Bus), they are parking the buses around hotel so I think it’s a safe place. Btw, underground hotel parking has a few free Tesla destination chargers 15kw so it’s convenient for electric car owners.
