  Just Perfect

  Just perfect from start to finish, we booked mainly for it’s proximity to the Monza circuit, however biggest complement goes to the staff, specifically Veronica, Sebastian and Massimo, all who went above and beyond to give us first class service we couldn’t have asked for anymore Thank you so much we will be returning next year for our trip to Marenello!Mike and Claire

  Great staff, facilities- from start to finish!

  From the time we made reservations until the time we checked out, we could not have been more pleased with the facilities, room, breakfast and especially the staff. We called before we arrived with questions and from the moment we were greeted by her, Veronica was beyond helpful and welcoming. All the staff went beyond to make sure our stay was great, even giving us to go coffee before we headed to the airport. We would highly recommend.

  Well Run Hotel Close to Monza Circuit

  We booked the hotel due to its proximity to the Monza Race circuit where we were competing. Travel time to the track was considerably quicker than past trips when we’ve based ourselves in the city centre. Plentiful free parking was another factor in us choosing the hotel. It served our purposes fairly well, though I personally wouldn’t choose the Regency if this was a holiday as the suburb of Lissone isn’t particularly attractive, neighbours include large out of town showrooms and a hypermarket. It’s also a bit of a trek to higher end restaurants - the best one we found nearby was Da Giulano, an upscale Italian around 23 minutes walking distance. Monza city centre is approximately 75 minutes on foot, though Lissone does have a train station. The hotel is functional and purpose built. The lobby/lounge feels rather old fashioned with its dark wood, old school furnishings, but it grew on us over time, and actually has some rather nice features (pristine, polished parquet floor). Bedrooms echo the classic look and ours was perfectly pleasant - quiet, and with plenty of natural light. Other factors to applaud include comfy bed, fridge, a kettle (only in non-standard rooms), and generous supply of decent bathroom products. Staff on reception were competent and helpful (though pre-stay emails remain unanswered). Housekeeping did a very commendable job too. The hotel offers breakfast but there is no restaurant. You can get a casual bite from the bar, which is serviced by reception staff as required. To conclude, the hotel did a good job for us and we would return for the purpose of visiting the circuit. It is immaculate and feels well managed, the only downside being the lack of appealing bars and restaurants within close, walking proximity.

  We stayed here to attend the Monza F1 GP, the hotel was perfect, the staff were excellent, we have no problem recommending this property. While the location isn't in Monza it is very close and we walked to the track as quicker with the crowds.

  Dishonest pricing, lack of integrity, poor price transparency

  Booked on their site and checked back shortly after to see the price lowered. Best Western would not honour it as their policy only matches the price of EXTERNAL sites. Not their own internal site which is ridiculous.
