    Hotel from half board rooms, only positive note the price. Inconceivable central heating at 25 degrees, it is absurd. The rooms are dotted with patches and defects such as wooden rods of different colors and sizes, with tags still attached and written walls, as well as being really small.     IT HAS NOTHING OF A 4 STAR maybe it can be classified for a 2 star MAYBE... Expensive for the service they give! Double room very narrow, they tried to put us in a single room with square and a half, OLD ROOMS, bathroom without hot water, so no shower, mold in the bathroom and BREAKFAST very poor.     Hotel that maybe has the quality of a ** star, I book a double x 2 and give me a narrow room with double bed on request is changed (thank goodness there was a double available), however always very narrow room, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER, only bathtub with shower and a lot of mold on the ceiling, there was no suction fan in a blind area, soaps all the same both for intimate hygiene and for hair and for shower, very poor BREAKFAST and because there was the automatic coffee machine is required an additional cost for any coffee or cappuccino required at the bar, (by professional machine). I expose the various problems to the ceck out for a possible refund and am told that it is not possible because I PAID IN ADVANCE ONLINE, provided and hammered. NEVER AGAIN. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.     Hotel Tiffany, 4 star hotel, Trezzano Sul Naviglio (MI), negative experience starting from small rooms, you get out of bed and find yourself kissing the window marquee on one side and the wall on the other. Central heating managed by the reception. In the morning you go for breakfast (7 am-10 am) at 08:30 am you find almost nothing (croissants on request), cold scrambled eggs), cakes already portioned exposed in saucers without cover, dirty tables and staff that leaves the guest abandoned to his fate.The only positive side is the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff at reception.Experience not to be repeated.     Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, very poor room, with sheets probably bleached with skin irritant product, very miserable breakfast with poor quality food.The man at the reception desk was unkind, and never tried to greet, was like he was disturbed when we were entering the hotel.Stay away
