Location

This hotel is located at the heart of the Italian city of fashion within paces of the main train station. Many of the top tourist sights such as Milan's cathedral and La Scala opera house as well as shops and entertainment venues are to be found a few minutes walk away. Milan's Linate airport is around 8 km away, whilst Malpensa airport is some 50 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 144 non-smoking rooms, including 114 suites and 14 single rooms, which are located on 17 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Nice modern hotel, great location

    I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Milan and had a very positive experience overall.The location was excellent, being situated right next to our offices, approximately 25 minutes by car from Linate Airport and around a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station, making it very convenient for both business and travel connections.The check-in process was quick and efficient, although I felt the staff could have been a little more welcoming and engaged, as they appeared somewhat uninterested during my arrival.I stayed in a room on the 13th floor. The hotel has a modern feel throughout, and my room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very contemporary in design. The views from the room were excellent, adding to the overall experience. The bed was particularly impressive—large, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s sleep after a busy day.Breakfast was relatively simple but offered a good selection of quality items and was an enjoyable start to the day.Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to both business and leisure travellers looking for a modern, well-located base in Milan.

    The location of the hotel is convenient for the main station, but a little sketchy down a back street - I wouldn’t want my wife or daughter arriving here alone late at night. Room was good: big, good bathroom; nice bed. Breakfast was generally pretty poor. Some nice touches like tea selection and fresh honeycomb, but generally the food was all lowest quality. Absence of any fresh breakfast juice (they provided fizzy artificial juice from a machine) was a particular low light. This is never a 4 star hotel. In the UK the bog standard Premier Inn breakfast is marginally better. I wouldn’t stay at an UNA again. It wasn’t awful, but I’d rather take a gamble on somewhere else.

    I can’t rate this hotel high enough! The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the central station and subway. The staff go out of their way and can’t do enough for you. I asked for a low floor as I’m claustrophobic and don’t like lifts so like to take the stairs. I was given a low floor and shown which way to go to get to the stairway and upon arrival in our room was a wonderful surprise of balloons, a happy birthday note from the staff and a bottle of fizz as it was a ‘big’ birthday. The breakfast was lovely, plentiful and lots of choice. Our room was lovely, very spacious and very clean, with fresh towels everyday. The windows opened wide to let fresh air in instead of having the air con all the time. If I return to Milan I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again, it was wonderful and the staff a great attribute. Thanks again for making my birthday memorable.

    Spacious Room and well located

    Hotel was close to Milan Centrale station and metro (less than 10mins walk). I follow guide from other travelers to use Atelier de gusto resto as the destination to locate hotel. Tram outside hotel could go to duomo, city centre and Chinatown. Hotel check in was fast. Room was clean and spacious with table with chairs. Room temperature was set centrally. We informed front desk to adjust our room temperature higher at night. Overall stay was good and we will stay here if we visit Milan next time.     Great modern rooms, slightly hidden due to surrounding buildings and slightly noisy rooms.

    Good location close to the station, though you will need a taxi if you have two or more additional bags. Clean bedding and modern bathroom results in a pleasant modern stay in this old European City. The only negative is that you can literally hear the couple next door, due to paper thin walls with little insulation.
