    Alberto was a lifesaver - Great Location, great place!

    After a disastrous start at the sister property, UNA Maison Milano, where we encountered unacceptable cleanliness issues and heavily stained carpets, we were transferred to UNAHOTELS Cusani Milan. The difference was night and day.From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Alberto, who was an absolute lifesaver. He didn’t just find us a wonderful, pristine room; he went above and beyond by coordinating our second night as well. Because of his initiative, we avoided the headache of heading back to the original hotel to argue for refunds or scrambling to find new accommodations.Alberto made sure we felt genuinely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay. He checked in on us frequently and was even there to see us off as we checked out.If you are looking for a seamless, high-quality experience in Milan, I cannot recommend UNA Hotel Cusani enough. They turned a stressful situation into a great vacation. We will definitely be back!     A great Base to explore Milan and the Olympics

    A fantastic hotel with a gracious and helpful staff. Especially Georgio who made us feel as if we were staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. He answered our questions and helped us with navigating Milan. Our room was wonderful clean and well apointed. The breafast in the hotel restaurant was very good and had an excellent variety. The location is also excellent for exploring Milan.     The most important in a Hotel is ben able to have a very good night sleep, right?! Well not in this case, the bed was a very very hard like sleeping on the floor or worse!!Noisy pipes (all night), and very loud traffic noise. Impossible to relax.A rather shabby hotel.It was clean, well positioned in the central of Milan and that it is! Never again.     Worst Experience Ever!

    I made a reservation at his hotel because got a good review from my friend, but what happened was my worst experience. I booked the prepaid and not refundable room on Oct 2025 and got the confirmation number for my booking 18 -20 Oct 2025.But when I arrived my booking was cancelled by the system, the receptionist said that they have emailed me the payment link 2 days before check in date, since I did not reply then they cancelled the booking, what an stupid system is that. For many years I travel and made hotel reservations, I have never experience this kind of things.I have put my CC when I made a booking and got the confirmation number so it means that the reservation is confirmed, if you said that your system can not charge the CC except with the payment link, then you should not give me the confirmation number for the booking that I made, but you could send a notification or mention that the reservation will be confirmed until the payment have been received by the payment link which will be sent in 2 days before arrival date, so we will be noticed on our reservation status and wait for the payment link.I am on vacation and had limited access to my email got no room to stay because they can not give me a room, they said that they are fully booked and at that time Milan was packed and busy with lot of conferences, all hotels every where are fully booked, after 4 hours looking for a room, finally got one but the price was crazy 5 times higher that normal price, so I got no choice to pay about EUR605 for small hotel Unahotels Cusani, General Manager at UNA Hotels Cusani Milano, responded to this review Dear lidwina2022,Thank you for spending your time to share your experience with us, we really value our customers' feedback as it allows us to do always better.   We regret to read that you had a negative experience and you were not satisfied regarding the management of your booking at UNA Hotel Cusani: we constantly work to make our clients feel welcome and to meet their expectations, please accept our apologies for what was not in line with our standard of quality. We do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back at UNA Hotel Cusani. Kind Regards, Ernesto NoscheseGM

    Great location, average room. Hard bed. Terrible pillows which must be so old. Lumpy and disintegrating. All 4 of them. Needs some TLC. How can a cleaner think it’s acceptable to keep putting those pillows back on the bed.
