  The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it is in a great location! Easy to get to via the Metro. Very close to the Duomo. Shower floods the bathroom and the towel warmer has not worked in years. Room was extremely dusty but bed was ok with clean sheets. Had we not checked before we went out after check in, we would have been locked out as the card reader at the entrance had failed. Remains broken our entire stay.

  Not the hotel you want, barely a hotel

  My travel partner booked this hotel all the reviews are correct. Cons: Terribly noisy, the tram runs from 4 am to 2 am (not a typo) and is directly outside. So much random noise from the office/hallways, the bathroom definitely hadn’t been cleaned and the bed was so hard my ribcage hurt (I am 22, this should not happen). The overhead rainfall shower did not work, so I used a handheld the entire time. Fridge was not cold whatsoever. We were greeted by a man whose shoes were literally falling off his feet (just offputting). This space looked like a renovated office building, I’d say it’s a step up from a youth hostel.Pros: the air conditioning worked. The pillows were nice (one memory foam, one regular) and we were close to the Duomo. However - this is not the neighborhood you want to be in. There are *no* restaurants and it is incredibly busy and loud. Stay up north closer to the designer stores. We felt like we paid way too much to stay in a neighborhood that had little to offer.

  A terrible hotel. Awful service. Noicy. Rooms look good online, but in reality are very bad. Not possible to get a night's sleep. When trying to find an option, the staff was not trying to find a solution at all. When deciding to find another hotel, the staff where claiming payment for another night.

  This is not even a hotel. Its just one floor of the building. The reception isn’t there after 11pm. The girl at the reception wasn’t welcoming. She didn’t even stand when I arrived. She kept on sitting and not smiling all the time I was there. Very rude. I have never seen reception staff sitting while checkin. The location is great and the room was clean. That’s it. The street is noisy because of tram. I would look for another option next time in Milan.

  - location is fantastic: 2min from duomo- modern rooms- nice air conditioning- friendly staffWe had 3 rooms and enjoyed it very much. The price is also fantastic for being super close to everything. Thanks for the great hospitality and see you again
