    Outstandingly clean hotel. We stayed one night here. I do travel a lot, I have never seen a cleaner and nicer hotel like this one.Claps 👏🏻 and many many thanks to the director of the hotel Rodolfo Palumbo for keeping his hotel shiney like a star for 12 years. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the carpet in the hallway, the spotless floor in the lobby and our room, the crispiness of the sheets, and the cleaness of the bathroom. All 100/100.I have to mention the bed is large we got the king size however the mattress is hard if you like that and it could be best for backache after long drive like us. The pillows are also hard and not feathers which I liked but were too hard for me.At breakfast the next day, Rodolfo greeted us warmly with a smile and took our laggage himself and put it away while we ate. He made sure we got our coffee the way we like it. He is a very nice person indeed and easy to chat with. Definitely he has a great staff working with him that are keeping everything nice and pleasant for their guests.

    I visited this hotel as part of a business trip, it’s location is in a quiet street, not far from shops and the hotel itself is very clean updated and well decorated, it’s a beautiful place. The staff here are super friendly, helpful, couldn’t really ask for any more,.Nicola in the restaurant in particularly was attentive, and a fun guy visiting very good. Or spacious, and perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is chairs and desk for working. I only observation is the dialect of English channels on the television, only BBC News, but at the end of the day, that’s why we will bring a laptop or an iPad, so it wasn’t a big deal.Would be more than happy to return here on my next trip to Milan.Thank you all at the hotel for making this a pleasant one, see you again soon.

    Very clean and cozy hotel in a local area.Perfect service and support … Rodolfo was a great hotel manager, warm and friendly and supportive. Staff were very friendly too.Everything was organised including a shuttle bus on time .Not to forget a very nice dinner

    Wonderful stay! We stayed one evening at The Virginia Palace Hotel. The evening staff was friendly and welcoming, as was the staff in the morning. The manager was especially gracious and chatted with us for some time. The hotel was extremely clean and exceeded all expectations. If we return to Milan, we will definitely stay here.

    I really liked everything about this hotel. I especially appreciated the staff because is efficient, professional, always at your disposal, and very friendly. I really enjoyed my week spent here, from the delicious breakfast to the quite nights. The rooms are very clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything you need. They have a beautiful backyard for chilling and a big lobby with a bar to hang out with friends. I also tried the gym which has many machines and offers a lot of services. I would totally suggest this hotel to everyone that wants to enjoy a nice vacation and still feeling at home.
