  Nice hotel located quite near the city centre with good public transportation connections. Staff very friendly and willing to help.

  Reception and breakfast staff always very kind, efficient and friendly. My favourite stay in Milan. A few things must be taken care of by maintenance team: the shower head was clogged with old lime deposits. A table lamp sat on the desk with a broken plug, unsafe to use. Though I told the receptionist it wasn't taken care of. The night I arrived I found a clean facial towel and a dirty body towel. No small towel. Please tell staff to pay more attention. Not too difficult.   Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had some noisy disturbances during first night, but hotel staff prepared and exchanged room efficiently. Very good breakfast and and all facilities functional. Decor is abundant, but that's the style. Location most convenient for visiting the city.   Careful what room you are given

  Good location. In walking distance to everything. Avoid room 24. Lots of street noise. Bathroom has clear window to windows over the street and a flimsy opaque curtain coming off one end allowing a view to toilet. Hotel flies several flags, one of them US. Really? Given current state of affairs?   Pros and cons of Hotel Vittoria

  Pros - The reception staff and especially the breakfast staff were excellent. They were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also good with a decent variety and lovely espresso. It's an excellent location as well since there are loads of bars and restaurants in walking distance and one of the nearest metro stations takes you straight to Linate Airport. Cons - I wouldn't recommend the solo room that is positioned at the back of the hotel. There is construction work going on which I think I should have been warned about. Concrete was being mixed at 8am sharp every morning. There was no air conditioning so the room got very warm and the worst part is the lack of sound proofing. You can hear almost everything from the adjacent room, including when they go to the toilet. This isn't pleasant and it's very disruptive if they come home in the early hours of the morning since the doors slam shut.
