    Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wonderful selection of food.We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was great.Bed was a little firm and the shower a little small but overall was still great.I would recommend this hotel.

    Hotel was in good location close to downtown business center and to historical area and the famous Opera House and Domo. Breakfast has good variety, but needs to be a little more fresh and organic ingredients, the restaurant area serving everyday breakfast was small and people were rushing out to make room for another guest. Overall, staff was nice and room and common area were clean.

    Hotel is in a good location, next to a tram. Rooms are a bitt outdated and very noisy. This is from the outside and the inside. The AC didn’t really cooperate, so the room was too hot for our liking. Breakfast is allright, not great but not bad either. It’s a bitt limited and doesn’t have a much variation during a multiple nights stay.

    An excellent room, an opulent breakfast, a gentile staff. What else could one wish for? We had a great stay. Location is perfect when travelling by train.
