Location

The hotel is located in Milan, next to the famous Corso Buenos Aires, in the middle of the most important trade area of the city and near the historical centre. The subway station Porta Venezia allows guests to reach all the main areas of interest of the city within just a few minutes. This metro line travels directly to the exhibition centre in Milan and the other one outside the city.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 99 non-smoking rooms, including 9 single rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Dear Management Team at Casati 18,I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding your refusal to offer any flexibility following the cancellation of my upcoming stay.Due to the conflict in the Persian Gulf, our Etihad Airline flight to Abu Dhabi was cancelled, effectively ending our planned trip to Italy. Despite providing a one-month lead time, your team has refused to collaborate, negotiate a partial refund, or offer a future credit voucher.While the airline and several other hotels have provided full or partial refunds (up to 80%) in light of these extraordinary circumstances, Casati 18 has chosen to hide behind a rigid policy with a complete lack of empathy. Your refusal to even discuss a balanced outcome or acknowledge the impact of an unexpected war is unprofessional and treats customers with significant disrespect.It is clear that your management team prioritizes immediate revenue over client well-being and long-term reputation. This is, without question, the poorest service and most inflexible response I have encountered in my years of travel.     The hotel is just beautiful. So clean and recently renovated. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was so delicious as was the dinner we ate there!! I will stay there again!!     I spent one night at the hotel on my return from a business trip. The location was very good, the hotel was clean and functional, and the service was friendly.     This boutique hotel is stunning! Not to mention the rooms exceptionally quiet. A perfect contrast to the loud bustling streets. Incredible value for a hotel that should be classified as 5 stars due to design, newly appointed rooms, quietness & size.     Perfect four night city break.

    My wife and I have just spent four nights at the WH Casati 18, staying in a double standard room (room only). Fantastic boutique hotel, feels very modern, stylish and looks immaculate throughout. Our double room was beautiful, extremely comfortable beds and equipped with all the essentials such as AC, safe, coffee maker and a kettle for T&C. Fully stocked mini bar. The rooms feel well designed and provided a multitude of lighting, switches, reading lights and USB A and C charging ports. The decor of the whole place is beautiful. Located around 800 metre’s from Milan Central Train station, there’s plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby including Carrefour Express grocery store. Easy access to many transport options including the tram, metro, taxi services and buses. I found the Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with various queries during our stay. The nightly turndown service left little boxes of sweets on the bed which is a nice touch. The bathroom had a lovely powerful full walk-in shower with plenty of toiletries and lots of hotel branded towels piled under the sink along with a couple of dressing gowns and slippers giving it a luxury feel. We did not eat at the hotel, as we wanted to explore the local food scene and visited some great cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, however we did enjoy the cocktails at the bar. Wonderful hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, nothing bad to say and would highly recommend.
