  We have stayed here a view of times after giving it 5 stars a couple of years ago. Just to say it's still a very good hotel, and this time of the year it's even cheaper. Do not miss the restaurant. The locals use it, what could be better recommendation. So an easy 5 stars again.   Close to highway

  Very nice room, stayed in the villas. Large bathroom, be careful in shower can be slippery. The restuarant is fantastic. Stayed for one night on our way to Florence. Going back for a 12 night stay in a few days for business.   Nice hotel easy to reach

  I had a two nights stay for an event nearby. The hotel is really easy to reach as it is just out the highway (Modena sud). The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Unluckily there is really nothing around at walking distance. The room was nice and was not lacking anything. Breakfast has not been bad. Overall I found it an average experience with nothing to complain/to be enthusiastic for.   Decent for the price

  The room is decent for the money. The room is a bit on the dark side, and strangely they have lights under the desk and seats but not over them. It could use some better lighting. The bathroom is quite nice, no complaints, and the rooms are clean. The bed we had was too firm, but could be okay for some. The breakfast is great. It’s a standard Italian buffet, so there’s charcuterie, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee, milk, and there is cereal, breads, and eggs available. There is also a fitness/spa area that has a sauna, hot tub, and work out equipment. I would definitely stay here again, although again, the beds are a little hard. It’s easy to find, reasonably priced, and food is decent.

  Comfortable hotel close to highway

  Overnighting here on the way to Florence. Very comfortable, clean and silent hotel close to the highway. Enjoyed evening bar and also rich buffet breakfast. Highly recommended for overnighting. Good location close to Modena and Maranello.
