  Awful, arrived and bathroom was dirty used toilet paper on seat and dirty sink,not left us any toilet roll, some staff rude and my smart watch went missing think the cleaner took it ! As I know it was definitely on my bedside table , I complained at reception but the guy didn’t want to know and said rudely no English but he could speak perfectly good English just chose not to speak to me and wasn’t interested that I got my watch stolen from my room ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this awful shabby hotel even the breakfast was terrible 😞 Gabriele Giannini, Proprietario at Hotel Arnolfo & Aqua Laetitia Spa & Beauty, responded to this review Dear Mrs Lisa,we are surprised and sorry to read your review.You were part of a group of 50 people that arrived at about 9.30 pm , i was still on duty at that time and I wonder why , after finding the bath in the conditions that you describe , you diden’t come at at reception , I would have sent immediately a maid to do what was necessary.Also on the next day I have no memory of you telling anything about it , Instead I read of this only on the Tripadvisor. After 4 nights stay on departure your group had breakfast at 6 am , at that time only the night man is on duty , unfortunately he’s English is not so good has most of the night staff in this country.In any case, alone in the early morning what could he do at that time busy with 50 clients leaving hotel.Missing Smart watch, I presume that you found out only at the moment since before you never came at reception , we only remenber seeing you at the bar enjoing some drinks on the previous evenings.I have to mention now somenthing very important , our maids work with us from many years and nothing dissapears from clients rooms in our 3 star family run hotel . Breakfast ; During the stay because of group early times , once at 5 a.m. before leaving for Rome and once at 6 a.m. on the check out day , It was simply buffet self service style , I’m sorry youd did not like it.Remaing at disposal for any futher information ,Best regardsRiccardo Front desk manager

  Food was disgraceful, ordered turkey and potatoes ended up with sweaty deli meat and stale chips!!! I will NOT be returning or recommending to anyone I know and I suggest you stay far far away. It is with great regret that we read your bad opinion about the dinner.We always receive many compliments for our traditional Italian cuisine made all in house by our chefs.In the case of the turkey breast in milk shown in the photo is a typical recipe that we have been offering for about 50 years and always much appreciated.In any case I remember that your menu included two alternatives of first courses and two alternatives of second courses. if the turkey wasn't to your liking you could have the omelette with courgette flowers. For the next few times I do suggest to ask to the restaurant manager for support, he will certainly direct you towards the dish most suited to your tastes.At your diposal for any further infoGabriele

  Lovely stay!!

  Well what can we say!! We have had the most amazing experience at the Arnolfo hotel, mainly due to the warm and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for Riccardo and his team, they went above & beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and fun.The hotel is ideally located to explore Tuscany. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.We would definitely love to return!!An extra special Thankyou to Riccardo for being so ‘lovely’ and knowledgeable.Grazie mille!!   Stayed at Hotel Arnolfo in September 2023. The hotel is great, lovely rooms very clean and central.Special mention to all the staff from the owners, management to the staff on the floor. I'd especially like to mention Ricardo, after a medical emergency, Ricardo went above and beyond for my husband and I. All the staff were so kind, I honestly can't praise them enough.Would highly recommend Hotel Arnolfo to anyone staying in Montecatini.   Filthy Hotel and they don't like English people.

  This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in my life. When I complained about our room the hostess was screaming in my face that this was her home how dare I say it was dirty. This was a Caledonian coach trip. The food was disgusting 14 people walked out of the restaurant on one occasion see pic. Powdered mas shoe lesther beef and frozen spinach that was all cold. Our evening meal after an excursion cold rice pasty and an apple? On the first morning for breakfast when we went to restaurant tgey said good morniing how are you as soon as we spoke they said uugh English through there. To an offside room. The pictures on the website are not the hotel we stayed in. Gabriele Giannini, Proprietario at Hotel Arnolfo & Aqua Laetitia Spa & Beauty, responded to this review Dear mrs Karola,first of all after reading your review we ask ourselfs how is it possibile that 1598 clients before you were happy of their stay in our hotel sending their positive feedback on the TRIPADVISOR.Coming to your comments, we are sorry that the maid on duty did not clean perfectly however more than dirty its little old in other words not been renovated , therefore on the Next day we gave you another room were you told us it was better.The hotel owner was yes very upset because your behavior during your complaints was so rude, moreover also members of your same group came at the reception to apologize for your continuouslyComplaining during all the stay.Our breakfast area is composed of 3 rooms so when we host groups and individual clientsWe naturally give to each party a different room , to make them more comfortable and nobody ever complained for this.The group was composed of about 40 people , it can be, like in every group that not everybody was always happyWith a room , a dinner or a box dinner , but we asked at the check out and for the most it was ok.The pictures on the website are of our hotel and we welcome every Nationality from all the world with polite behaviorbest regards Riccardo
