  A hotel with a family heart right in the center. It’s hard to describe how wonderful our stay was and how warm the hospitality felt. I’ll definitely be back

  The noise was unbearable - no sound proofing and big groups of youngsters stay here. The slamming of doors, groups of people laughing and shouting, knocking on other doors, walking up and down the stairs - it sounds like Picadilly Circus. Horrendous. I have to say, worst hotel I have stayed at because it sounds as if you are on a busy road in Ibiza!

  Dirty and old

  Hotel is old, dishes during breakfast and diner was dirty. We eventually didnt even want to eat our payed meals. Rooms are old, the lamp shade on the wall was broken and almost fell off. Bed cover was full of stains and it was disgusting to even look at it. Bathroom was dirty ( mold, uncleaned pipes, dust everywhere) . I dont want to return there ever again.

  Same hotel just across the road, rooms are different to photos of main hotel (told their over booked). Ok for a one night stay, no air conditioning, a slopping ceiling with a window hatch, a bathroom and a bed. Good stocked convenience store around the corner and several restaurants nearby.

  Room The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size, we had a large balcony and the room was cleaned to a good standard everyday the bathroom was clean and it did have shower gel and shampoo inside but the shower wasn't very powerful and there was no bath. Pool/spa The pool was quite cold and it got deeper as you walked down at the deepest end of the pool it was 5ft the terrace was in the sun until 7pm the spa wasn't included so you do have to pay (I would recommend going to the spa at the end of the park to drink Roman water) Food The breakfast was only a continental breakfast so there wasn't much choice but it was okay. We had dinner 2/5 nights we were there it came with starter (soup or pasta) a main (meat and potatoes) and a dessert (cake). Location Location was great as your only a 2 minute walk from the town centre where there's a lot of bars and restaurants I would recommend choosing ones that are quite busy as there nicer. There is also a park close by with at least 20 spas. For National holiday customers who book Rome, Florence and highlights of Italy from the north of England took 15hours (day 1) and 13 hours (day 2) Viareggio beach (free day)€12.50ppLovely beach definitely worth going- only 35 minutes away from the hotel : a lot to do ,REMEMBER BEACH TOWELS.Florence Very beautiful and only 45minutes away. A lot of sites to see and lots of restaurants and bars but be careful of city tax/service charge; if you want the best view of the city head up to st. Michelangelo square- a lot of walking but this was still my favourite trip out of all of them. Rome Long day early start 4 hours there 4.30 back. the coliseum was a long walk away from where the bus was it was €12 per adult and free for under 18's this ticket also gives entrance to the Roman forum. I wound recommend going to Trevie foundation it was free which was a bonus. the bus did offer a tour which was €25 pp we thought that was very expensive and decided to do it on foot. there was far to much to see in just one day but it was a very beautiful city and its worth going Luca Disappointed😭 but only 30 minutes there and back not much to do so if you can jump on the train to Pisa you should at the small price of €10 return. The bikes were very cheap at only €3 for 1 hour and they did come with baskets we rode round the city wall and it was a great view of the city which was very small Overall my stay and time in Italy was great
