  Marco was great help when we stayed in Naples, even walked us to his favourite pizza place on his way home from work! Great people and atmosphere! Location is very central and easy access getting to the airport!

  Amazing value in a convenient location

  We spent a delightful, problem-free week and a half here recently. The room is good though would benefit from a fridge. The bed was comfy. At no point was there any detectable noise from other rooms--our sleep was remarkably restful. If we find ourselves in Naples again this would be where I would stay.   Five stars for a three star hotel

  This hotel deserves five stars for a three star hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and careful to give clear directions on entering and leaving the building. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if coming back to Naples.   Not clean enough for me and felt unsafe area

  I think the rating of 2 is only because of the friendly and helpful check in staff. The location and entrance to the hotel are legit “creepy” as another guest already established. I never felt safe in the surrounding area as there are random people just hanging out in the plaza. There is absolutely no sound proofing and the place did not feel clean. I had to sanitize with my disinfectant wipes all the surfaces and there was visible grime on light switches and God only knows what slime was on the sleeper sofa pillows. I wanted to check for bedbugs, but was scared what I would find. Since the sheets were clean, I just always wore shoes and tried to minimize touching anything. The towels were so dingy I chose not to even shower since I was only there for one night. And don’t lose the piece of paper with the name of hotel, room number, building code and door code. If you drop it somewhere I suppose anyone can come in and there are no additional locks on the interior of the door. Massimiliano Catuogno, Proprietario at Art Street Hotel, responded to this review good morning Mrs. Cindy if you had really been in our hotel you would know that the sheets and towels are changed regularly fresh from the laundry, that our hotel is located in the central station square a stone's throw from the historic center in an area with 80 other hotels, very safe and very central, that our entry and exit system with codes and very secure, but unfortunately you have never been in our hotel and you simply wanted to get revenge by not having cancelled a non-refundable reservation, which is really not very correct.But our other customers and their reviews are on this site to give us justice and credit.Kind regardsMassimiliano

  Compared to the nearby Sweet Sleep Hotel, this hotel lacks the finer points…the rooms were minimalist, bordering on dormitory-like…check-in was a convoluted affair…didn’t have breakfast there, so can’t comment.
