    Terrible place. There were no Wi-Fi available, excuse was there were too many tourist that night. Trash on the hallway, hair in the bathroom. Poor cleaning room.False photos where you are staying. Employees talking behind your back. Bide was clogged.

    The staff was completely incompetent with regards to charging a credit card. They did not know how to credit a credit card and call themselves a hotel. Their ineptitude messed up my finances and they could not care less. The room was very noisy and I could not sleep. There was no minibar, no water service. Do not use their airport shuttle service and that goes for Brigida entirely. They were double the price than any taxi and there are plenty of taxis available.They made me feel miserable and so frustrated.In Italiano:Il personale era completamente incompetente per quanto riguarda l'addebito sulla carta di credito. Non sapevano come accreditare una carta di credito e si definivano un hotel. La loro inettitudine ha incasinato le mie finanze e a loro non potrebbe importare di meno. La stanza era molto rumorosa e non riuscivo a dormire. Non c'era il minibar, né il servizio idrico. Non utilizzare il loro servizio di navetta aeroportuale e questo vale interamente per Brigida. Costavano il doppio di qualsiasi taxi e ce ne sono moltissimi disponibili. Mi hanno fatto sentire infelice e frustrato.

    NOT A BED AND BREAKFAST

    I definitely do not recommend this place. Listed as a ”luxury private room in Bed and Breakfast “ but without breakfast! Basically you’ll have to pay an extra of 11€ per person per day if you want to add breakfast. This was not mentioned in the listing. We discovered it at the check-in. The room is way far from being “luxury” and would certainly need an heavy renovation. The bathroom especially was very old and quite dirty with mold in the bathtub. The only positive thing is the central location even though the area was really noisy till 1:30 AM. Especially during the weekend

    We stayed at this hotel in September 2021, and were disappointed by it. I knew I was booking a cheaper end hotel, but I think I was mislead by the pictures of the galleria from inside the hotel and reviews of a lovey breakfast experience overlooking the hotel. While it says it’s a B&B, there was no breakfast offered. There is no reception/people working in this hotel, it’s just communication via WhatsApp and someone swings by to give you a set of keys for your stay. When we texted them in the morning for check out and breakfast instructions, it was kind of a whatever just leave your keys and we don’t have breakfast. And the view from the room? Just an empty interior shaft hallway. I’ve stayed in Naples before and had a better experience so will book elsewhere in the future.
