  Firstly - this is 2-star at best. I think Booking.com states 3-star.Be careful reading the list of dwellers at the address 20 Via Carbonara…you need to look carefully to see the number to ring. The accommodation was in a property opposite and the lady took me over. Please remember! You need 20 cents for the lift every time. This is not their fault as it’s a communal lift. I was handed one free. I think a few on a plate in the room would be good - how many of us have them? Rooms were on the fifth floor.A small room and okay bathroom and certainly clean all through, quite modern decor.Bed rather hard. Tea in room, no coffee. The shower was feeble and barely warm after five minutes.Two WhatsApp addresses were provided and a couple of questions answered.For €84, it was okay, and passable for one night but it was like slightly upgraded student accommodation.As mentioned, 2-star maximum.

  Terrible service, room very small, owners not very helpful

  We arrived to the hotel/b&b late evening there was no one there to let us in. We eventually got through to someone who said they werent aware that we were a late check in despite receiving an email stating we were a late check inThe person we spoke to on the phone made us feel like we were an inconvenience and we eventually got into our room an hour later at 11pmWe then had to drag suitcases up to 5th floor as you had to pay 20 cent to use lift. The man on phone said he had left coins for us but we could not find any.The room was very small and the only space to hang clothes was in the area for making tea/coffee which if you were to use kettle you would have to remove clothes overhead.There was only 1 cup provided.Breakfast consisted of croissant coffee and juice dropped to your room as there was no dining facilities. We were staying a week and only got the juice the first 3 days after that it wasn't provided.The travel agent had also emailed to see if there was an Iron in the room she was told there was and in the event that there wasn't we could request one however when I asked I was told they did not provide them.While the location was central it was very run down and dirty. There was a strong smell of urine on the streets and the area was very noisy.

  Dangerous area for tourists!

  We checked in at the end of a 2 week family holiday for one night. Staff were friendly and rooms were fine for one night. We wanted to watch the Euro Final on the TV in the room but the staff couldn't locate the channel so my partner went to a local bar to watch the second half. He was mugged on his way back to the hotel. His room key and watch were stolen . He was not hurt but was shaken. The B&B is not manned at night so we were concerned for our security. We contacted the numbers provided at check in and were told that the attackers only wanted drug money and were unlikely to enter the premises. We did not sleep and checked out at 6.30am in the morning.

  Arrogant and self entitled staff. A shame to the great italians I've met.

  I had problems on my arrival, stood in front of their door for half an hour, buzzing the bell with no answer. It's not a hotel, as the the shouting boy who finally opened the door made clear. To be fair, the room is ok, but the staff needs training and behavior adjustment.

  2 night stay in naples

  This little hotel/B&B in naples was well located near to the metro stations for line 1&2. We found it easy to get around and also to get the train onto the amalfi coast afterwards at Naples central station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was ample and delivered to the room each day at 9am. If we return to Naples we would stay here again!
