  Unfortunately I join the list of people scamed by these villains.I booked two nights but when I arrived I could not get into the building. A kind gentleman let me in the main door as he entered.There was no sign of anyone from Chez Moi and no answer to my phone call to the emergency number I had been sent by email..Fortunately a man working in a ground floor room had the personal phone number of the (manager) who eventually came to speak with me. He said a water leak had made the accommodation unfit so I had to go to another place.I asked why I had never been in formed and just got the shoulder shrug. He walked us to a different hotel with lower quality than the pictures of Chez Moi. I asked about any refund or reduction but again got the shoulder shrug. I suspect the scam is to get the payment for Chez Moi then rent a cheap room elsewhere. They keep the difference!!!

  Seems like a nice place - but they should treat people with respect

  The good:Great location, right next to Garibaldi train station. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The lift is great. It does have a slot to put 10 cents in, but if you don't have a ten cent coin, the lift still works. The bad:We had booked and paid for 14 nights to stay at Chez Moi. We arrived on the first day at 6:00 p.m. We phoned the owner, and he sent a woman around. We followed her into the reception area. She then told us we couldn't stay there. After having read other reviews, I thought "OK we're going to be sent around the corner to the Hotel Poker", which is what Chez Moi does sometimes. But no, we weren't that fortunate.She repeated that we couldn't stay there. I showed her the proof that we had booked and paid (using both my phone and paper printouts) but she said we couldn't stay. She then escorted us out of the premises and locked the door. I understand that mix-ups happen sometimes, but there's no need to humiliate your guests like that.I phoned our travel company (who had made the booking) and they said they would contact the owner of Chez Moi to sort it out. After a couple of hours, I rang them again, and then a few more times. A couple of times, someone from Chez Moi would turn up and tell us we couldn't stay. I said "Can you at least give me my money back so we can find somewhere else?" But they would just walk away.We spent most of the night sitting on the steps outside of the B&B with our suitcases. We made the other guests who walked past us feel very uncomfortable. I think they thought we were beggars, and seeing us made them feel anxious. But we were paying guests just like them.Finally at 3:30 a.m., 9½ hours after arriving, I received an email (thankfully I still had a few percent of battery left on my phone) from my travel company saying Chez Moi had overbooked and had no rooms left, and we should find somewhere else to stay. It was too late to find anywhere at that time, but I'm happy to say we did get somewhere else for the other 13 nights. We know the treatment we received at Chez Moi does not represent the rest of the Neapolitan people. We would go back to Naples. But we don't want to go to a B&B that treats its paying guests with contempt.Note to Chez Moi:It seems like you have a nice place, and it's in a great location, but please learn from this experience, and start treating your guests as humans – thank you.

  DO NOT BOOK THIS B&B!!!The worst experience I have ever had. Our flight from Edinburgh was delayed by 3 hours meaning we would miss our check in time. I e contacted our booking agency to let them know the situation and they assured that they spoke to the B&b and late check in wouldn’t be a problem. Later having arrived at what ‘appeared’ to be where the B&b should have been, there was nothing to be seen, no reception, no way to access the gate (it seemed like a bunch of flats) I personally phoned the number given on the booking, got told check in was ‘not possible’ over and over again. We had to find a different place for us to stay that night. The next day we attempted to check in again, again, no one to be seen, nothing seemed right at this point. The cleaner then phoned someone and a man that came off from the street 20 minutes later told us that because we didn’t make check in the night before - that our stay for the next 6 nights was ‘not possible’ and that it was ‘not his problem’ he then waited for us to leave before leaving the area what seemed like flats/ or god knows what. All very dodgy, nothing made sense. I’m 99% sure this place doesn’t exist. We had to make arrangements for different hotels throughout our stay in Naples. A horrible and stressful situation. Do not book there.

  In my experience they are just SCAMMERS. I had a confirmed and already paid booking. When I arrived there, they denied they had received it and told me they were full for those dates, so I had to go somewhere else. A few days later, when I was dealing with the refund from the booking site I had used to reserve my accomodation, I was informed that B&B CHEZ MOI had told them that I had checked succesfully on my intended date. I could show proof of my stay in another hotel and now things are being sorted. But beware with this place.

  Standard quality hotel with an excellent location

  We stayed at Chez Moi for 4 nights. The hotel is located very near the Napoli Centrale station and thus, it is very easy to take the train to various other cities. Also the harbour (the ferries to Amalfi, Capri etc) is within walking distance.Even though they say that Napoli is unsafe and full of thieves, we did not experience the area where the hotel is located as such. Our room window was to the courtyard so we did not hear anything from the street.Our room had been changed without telling us in advance to another, smaller room but we received compensation so we were okay with that. The room was clean and tidy and the beds comfy but a minus goes to the bathroom. It was in a serious need of updating and the shower did not work very well. At some point during our stay, the toilet chair started leaking water but the staff fixed it quickly. The balconies are not real balconies but so called French balconies where you cannot sit. The air conditioner worked well. Our room was located next to the reception and our door did not block any noice so starting at 7 am we started hearing the door bell and the phone ringing etc.The cleaning of the room worked as excepted. Not sure if the bed sheets were changed every day but the towels were.The breakfast was OK, really nothing to highlight but it worked. The staff was friendly but sometimes we could hear them to our room arguing loudly with other guests.If you are looking for a budget hotel with a great location, we would recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a perfect experience, please skip.
