  It was very very good, everything was clean and nice. I saw two rooms, and they both were so nice. Espically for an Italy hotel. I slept in one, it has a shower, a TV, air conditioning, outlets, and wifi, and breakfast options in the morning.

  I was traveling for work and needed to stay in Naples prior to an early morning flight. I had a few issues with a taxi getting to this hotel but the gentlemen at the hotel were incredibly helpful dealing with the taxi driver and making sure I felt safe. The property itself felt like a spa, very clean and very comfortable beds and pillows! I stayed in the hotel for dinner and the dinner was absolutely amazing and the staff were incredible, kind, efficient, and provided great quality food. I think the only challenge I had, both getting to the hotel and getting to the airport early in the morning was lack of cash versus credit card for the taxis. Even though the drivers said they accepted card, once the drove to the location I needed to go, their card reader mysteriously "broke" and I needed to find an ATM. I think, for taxis, it could be a benefit if the hotel had an ATM available close by but, thats also outside of the control of the hotel. I did have a great experience in this facility and the staff were so kind, understanding, and very helpful.

  Perfect for a one-night stop off

  Knowing the chain from numerous holidays in France, we booked this for a 1 night stop after a late flight from London. It was quite difficult to find the entrance and Google Maps had us driving round in circles (perhaps a W3W reference might help?) but were enchanted from the moment we stepped inside the hoitel. We had a very good meal in the restaurant although it was about to close (22.00) and people who arrived after te chef had left were provided withh cold food by the charming staff.The room was surprisingly big, well blacked out and the bed was super comfortable.Would I stay in a B&B in Italy again? 100%

  This hotel was 4 stars probably 20 years ago. Today is a 2 stars max. The hotel is very outdated with stained carpet and old and uncomfortable mattress. But for that area that’s what you are going to get. Lots of tour groups stay there so it can become busy at times.

  The worst 4 star hotel I have been to ...and I can prove it with photos

  My wife and I went from the 4th of November to the 14th of November 2022 On the first day that we arrived we looked at the leisure facilities which we thought were part of the hotel but they are not and that we had to pay to use these facilities where on the brochure it is showing as complementary and did not have anything written to say that you have to pay. The room itself had plaster coming off the walls and the ceiling and when we complained to the hotel about being cold this is what they said 'that this room is the only heated room in the hotel.' There was black mould around the shower and to think we had spent about £1200 to £1500 for this accommodation half board for 10 nights at this hotel we were unable to use the complementary outdoor swimming pool which had algae all around it and was not fit for purpose when I pointed this out to the front desk about the algae in the swimming pool they simply shrugged their shoulders and pretended not to understand my English. This has to be the worst rated 4-star hotel that I have ever been to the agent loveholidays are the worst agent and to date have claimed no responsibility and have firmly stated that a complementary refund of £50 is all that I would get when I complained about this refund they withdrew the £50 and have not called me back. The hotel compensated me with £128 because of misrepresentation and misleading information about the facilities as being not part of the the hotel. I have photos and email going back and forth with the rep. It is is it is disgusting that in this day and age you can still get ripped off by fullstar hotels who claim to have an outstanding facility for them all I will never use love holidays to travel will I use this hotel. Our pool is seasonal as it is outdoor and not heated, so of course in November it is closed. we suggest you to use more reliable websites or tour operators or call the hotel directly, even better.
