    We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and with very comfortable bed and pillow. Good shower. View over street which was quite noisy as in very busy area near the central station but didn't keep us awake. No fridge in room but staff happy to put your drinks in their fridge. Excellent breakfast with great choice, especially of cakes and pastries. Ate in the various restaurants over the piazza from the hotel which were good value.

    The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the restaurant at breakfast who was very kind to my daughter, helping her with the choice of gluten free food. The bedrooms are a bit dated (authentic Italian?) but clean and comfortable. The shower was good and the bed extremely comfortable. The air con worked efficiently and was easy to control. Overall, a good place to stay to explore Naples.

    The hotel is very conveniently located close to the central railway station and historic centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

    Overall stay OK, good breakfast, but the rooms, lifts and general halls need urgently a renovation.Tiles loose in the room; paint worn out; small lifts, stairs everywhere (difficult for disabled people).
