  This hotel is in a rough area of Naples. The beds are hard and the linens and towels are marginal at best. I would not recommend this property for a stay. Housekeeping is poor as well, they do not really clean the room. There are spiders crawling around and stains on the tables. Price is reasonable and the checkin is very techie. Nothing personal with the staff, just a poorly maintained property.

  The city of Naples is beautiful but the hotel needs updating, homeless people outside. For the money would rather stay at a different hotel.

  Really bad experience so far. My wife and I booked with this hotel, and we haven't even stayed yet. So far, our reservation for 2 adults and 2 children has been received as 2 adults only, and the hotel is refusing to accommodate our children, even though I sent written confirmation from the booking company that it is for a family (we booked a room with bunk beds...). They're trying to double-charge us. Worse yet, someone hacked into our account and booked the hotel again- for almost the identical dates. Our credit card has been charged. I immediately reached out to the company we used to book and told them, but of course they're deferring to the hotel. The hotel hasn't responded to the inquiries (yes, more than one), so we've had to go through our credit card. That had to be replaced, passwords have had to be changed, and through it all, this hotel has not been helpful at all. I'm not looking forward to our stay at this point because I don't get the sense that they care beyond collecting money. Just beware.

  If you are not familiar with Naples, you need to read this post before you book this place. - while the room was clean, the communication was good and the linens were adequate, there are a couple of big strikes against it. You need to be aware of. - first off, if you’ve never been to Naples, it’s a much “grittier”city than other tourist locations in Italy. And where this particular bed-and-breakfast is located feels a little bit like the armpit. … trash on the ground everywhere, vagrants walking around, definitely feels slimier than you would guess. -that said there are also tourists walking around seemingly comfortable with the surroundings, but you need to be prepared for what you’re walking into. - if you are debating on whether to walk to and from the train station, be prepared - it’s rough. Also, if you get an a taxi, they are gonna charge you per person. I spent $30 to drive 1 mile. (it was actually cheaper to book Uber van for $22.) . As far as the bed-and-breakfast goes, it’s on the second floor of an old building and it’s been converted to a handful of hotel rooms. The Wi-Fi is horrible, the hot water lasts for about five minutes. … And do not assume that breakfast is included. Even though it’s advertised everywhere, it’s an extra charge. - bottom line, it was a clean bed to rest your head, but I would definitely shop around for a better location and more traditional hotel or bed-and-breakfast.   We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location was perfect — just a short and easy walk to the old town, which made exploring the city very convenient. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall attention to detail. This place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
