  on the day of arrival he informed us that they have no places and that he offers us another accommodation space. I requested photos from that apartment and I did not receive it. Lack of professionalism

  My boyfriend and me travelled from Florence to Napoli by train to visit Napoli for 2 days. we arrived and immediately ee took the metro to visit Pompeya, then we returned on the noon to Napoli city.At the beginning our plan was to stay 24 hours on the streets, discovering the city and waiting for the next morning in a bar with late closing hours... but it didn’t go as expected, i started to feel sick, with high fever and weak. It was 10:30 pm and my boyfriend found this available option very close to the train station the check in was until 11:00 pm so we had only 30 minutes to find the place!The bed and the room were so comfy and the croissant in the morning was the best croissant that i have ever tasted!I would like to thank you Madison Staff and the guy on the food store right next to this place who guide us to the entrance!I’m so thankful with you guys.   really arrogant to the profession of other people and to clarify that they are right I will never book again If this is the kindness to welcome people plus asking us to reimburse the money given that before they have accepted the reservation then tell us about us and the reimbursement you have their time BBMadison2016, Proprietario at B&B Madison, responded to this review I don't understand.

  Beware of the location

  We booked this hotel to be close to the train station as we travelled a lot to other places outside Naples. There is also 3 min walk to Ali Bus which takes you to the airport within max 30 mins so that was perfext location for us however if you plan to stay in Naples only I would suggest to book a hotel in another area. The hotel is located in unsafe area which is a focal point for immigrants. I would not feel safe there if I did not stay with my male friends. The room was clean, fresh towels everyday however shower and fridge need more maintenance attention. They serve continental breakfast in the reception room which has nice but small choice. Do not trust their website when it comes to closest attractions - they say that Aquapark is 600m from the hotel whereas it is a couple of kilometers from the place. Website definitely needs updating. The girl on reception was very kind and helpful. Generally quite good value for money we paid but remember about dodgy location.   lobby entrance disgusting, hotel.com had nonrefundable charge, internet did not work, italian teenager clerk spoke no english, room was in next building, when went back to ask about internet he was gone for evening(at 8:30), neighborhood very unsafe, breakfast a joke, if you book thru hotel.com you get what you deserve, ripped off BBMadison2016, Proprietario at B&B Madison, responded to this review io non capisco cosa volete dire il mio beb ed è rimarrà uno dei migliori alla stazione grazie
