    Location is very good close to the cityBut unfortunately, host did not guide us regarding how get the keys to our roomAlthough we used to correspond with her about parking options Hopefully one of the neighbors was so kind and call her to help us get inIt was a little bit stressed and We were tired after the flight and moving from RomeFor breakfast, we got cup of coffee, glass of juice and croissant without any options to choose

    Its a nice cozy hotel we liked it. The entrance of the building, the old lift was a unique experience. Room is clean and confortable. However I think it would be better if you put the quilt in a cover, a piece of bedaheet does not feel hygyenic. Also it was stormy on the night we have stayed, it is was nearly impossible to close the window as it kept opening with every single strong wind. Overall I would give 4,5 over 5.

    Santa Lucia 50 is the perfect place to stay in Napoli. The location is perfect, just 150 mts from Plaza dei Plebiscito and Castel del'Ovo - Borgo marinaro, San Carlo Opera House, Caraciolo Promenade.The rooms are very charming, well isolated , no noises.The management offers you a very worm welcome by the two ladies in charge of the place.I strongly recommend Santa Lucia 50 !!

    We were warmly welcomed by Roberta.Our hotel room has large french windows giving a lot of sunlight.from the main street below.The room is spacious with an small equipped kitchen. A large wardrobeTV.a/c Large double bed.We had breakfast vouchers to takebreakfast opposite the hotel in acafe. There is an elevator.The hotel is located near the seafront about a block away.The disadvantage is that there areno metro stations nearby. The nearest is a fifteen to twenty minute walk.     We were treated with a high level of attention and care. High marks for customer service, ease of reservation, communication, and value. Great location, nice restaurants in the immediate area, several shops with super friendly shop owners to fill every need within one or two minute's walking distance. Two blocks away from the coast and easy access to public transportation to anywhere in Naples. Their espresso, available 24/7, was excellent. Good quality and comfortable furnishings. No need to look elsewhere!
