    Don’t be put off by the name - B&B or university because it’s not what you’d expect. Great location. We were in the “separate building” from where Google will tell you to go. It would have been good to know this in advance to save carting suitcases up and down to the main building to checkin, however it was explained to us that there were some issues getting in touch via the third party we booked with. No problem, we then communicated on WhatsApp. The breakfast was a voucher per person to take to the local bar for a coffee OR juice and a croissant. It was okay. Let’s you soak up some local atmosphere. I was most impressed by the terrace outside the apartment. Spacious! The apartment was clean. There was a water filter you could use. Air con unit. One improvement I would suggest is better towels, they were threadbare! The lift looks a bit scary but it’s totally fine, don’t be scared!

    A superb accommodation from every aspect.The best hosts passible, Rosario & Francesca, available for every question or request you might have, before and during the stay.The location, 10 min walk from Via Toledo and the Port, 2 min from the supermarket and 1 min from the coffee bar (where you get your breakfast)Cleanest, 10 out of 10Comfortable, 10 out of 10, we were three families (9 People), we got the whole flat for ourselves, 3 big comfortable rooms and one commune (leaving room) and we could not have asked for moreAnd of course the price, very reasonable and very affordableSo as I said, this was one of the best decisions we did on the trip.Hope I helped, Naples is wonderful and this accommodation is worth every penny,Have Fun & enjoy

    The room is located in a very nice area in the city center. The host was very helpful and kind and made sure that we had a great stay at Naples. The parking is in a nearby location and is safe and in a good price.

    Excellent welcome, clean, high availability, very modern structure, equipped with everything, highly recommended for different categories, very close to the center, very calm surrounding. I advise all visitors to go for it.
