    Hotel Barbato can not be called a 4-star hotel ! Must be a mistake.At night traffic is very noisy, so bring earplugs !Notice, that breakfast in B&B means 1 croissant and 1 little cup of coffee !There was 1 plastic chair in the room, but it was broken.Cleaning was ok.

    The location was certainly convenient. A short walk from wonderful food and dessert establishments. A short public bus ride to the city's main train hub. The owners were extremely hospitable, the rooms were very clean and fulfilled all my requirements. In a charming edifice to boot. Wished I could have stayed longer, and would certainly return !

    Our room didn’t even have a view! There was a blacked out skylight which didn’t open and the room stank of cigarette smoke. No mattress cover and not all the lights worked, which is essential when you’re literally paying to stay in a box! We checked out as soon as we could and found a beautiful place in the heart of Naples.

    I am staying here before my flight home early in the morning. The toilet or the air conditioner isn't working. I have reported them to the afternoon reception and they are still not working properly. I just reported them for the third time and the reception waved me off. There are holes in the bedspread and curtains. I asked for a page printed and they have been putting it off all day. Unless there is absolutely nothing else, do not stay here.

    Tired,dirty, unwelcoming feel to the hotel it is in a very unsafe area, currently in process of some rooms being updated. Definitely not a 4 star i would struggle to give 2 in its current state we left after 20mins we were charged 18 euros city tax then went ta a lovely bb in napoli Central and got charged only 10 euros
