Location

From the hotel, in the heart of the Phlegraean Fields, guests are only around 20 m from the amusement park Edenlandia and the zoo. Right opposite the hotel, guests will find the Mostra d'Oltremare and a couple of steps further is the Città della Scienza as well as Diego Armando Maradona football stadium. Also close to the hotel, visitors will find Agnano health spa as wellas the famous Hippodrome. Restaurants, bars and cinemas, the historical centre of Naples, the beautiful Posillipo Mountain and the beach are all easily reached with public transport. The transfer time to the airport takes around 20 min.

Facility

4 suites, 8 single rooms and 40 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Old hotel near train rails

    Old hotel that needs deep renovation. The rooms are tiny, Air conditioning makes crazy noise make difficult to sleep (either turned off, then too warm, or it’s ON and very noisy) and the state of the room seems to be more than 15 years without refreshing. Also, the rooms are next to train rails with no sound proof windows

    Fine Hotel. There is a railway station for the city center, 50mt from the hotel. It is not necessary to go araund by car. The traffic in Naples is "funny". The parking in hotel is a bit expansive. There is a parking by the hotel that is cheaper. Nice staff and good breakfast. There are good restaurants behind. One of the best hotel to stay in Naples without any problem.

    In no universe is this a 4 star hotel. The hallways are disgusting, the rooms smell horrible, there are giant stains everywhere and the showers are covered in mold. At 3 in the morning the hallway outside our room was swarming with police that was banging on someone's door, so you can imagine the kind of people that stay here.In all my life I've never had to leave a hotel because of how dirty and unsafe it was, until I spent a night at this dump. If the area around the hotel didn't feel so shady at night, we would have left and found another place right away.When we checked out the next morning, we asked the receptionist for the rest of our money back, as we wouldn't be staying for the entire week we've paid for, at which point he just laughed and said that we've already paid through booking and he wasn't gonna give us any money back.Horrible place, shady area, nasty employees. Stay far away from this place and spend your money somewhere else.

    Disgustingly dirty hotel. Shower floor is filthy and stained with black mold-like substance and nasty white stains. Shower was clearly not cleaned, so that calls into question the cleanliness of the entire room. Laura, the hotel manager, proudly said all rooms are like this and offered no recourse when we requested a remedy (no other room, alternative BW property). We decided not to stay at this hotel. Upon attempting to check out (within an hour of arriving), Carlo, the desk clerk, was rude and unhelpful. He left us standing at the desk waiting for him to complete our checkout whilst he helped multiple other guests with check in. When we finally asked what was taking so long, he told us there was nothing for him to do and refused to provide any check-out receipt/documentation. He looked at us surprised like we were standing at the desk for fun.Staff here is probably some of the worst in the industry. Best Western should be ashamed at this property. I was apprehensive booking a BW hotel, but the pictures seemed nice. I wholly regret my decision to attempt to stay here. We found another property in the Spanish Quarter which was an amazing bed and breakfast, so at least some good came of this terrible experience. I'm quite shocked how this hotel has such high marks from other travelers.If commuting by train, you'll need to cross a walking bridge down a sketchy alley. I read in other reviews that other hotel guests were mugged at gunpoint on this bridge. I can 100% see this happening. This area looks run down and unsafe. If you decide to book this hotel, ... good luck

    The staff were friendly, rooms were nice - especially the deluxe room with the jacuzzi. The location is not idle. It's a bit far from the center, and the walk to the train station is not very short.We had a concern that the toilet had a lot of ants in it. The rest of the room, however, was clean. After a few days in Napoli, we realized that anywhere with water had ants, so it seemed to be a general problem, yet it was not pleasant at all.
