A great little place to stay , room was very clean and very comfortable . Fridge , air con , plenty of hanging space for clothes . Kettle and tea bags / coffee also provided . Bed was so comfortable after a long day sightseeing . We came back every day and the bed was made for us which was lovely . Stefano is so friendly and helpful , nothing is too much trouble . He communicates by whatsapp which is so handy and great if you have any questions you need answers to . I asked about buying some cheese to take home and we went to a place he recommended to buy what we wanted . The breakfast from a local cafe was great , pastries and any coffee . Perfect . Thanks Stefano for a lovely stay .

Amazing. If you just want a clean, safe, very central and very good value place to stay- this is it. Of course you can stay in a five/four star hotel but you will only sleep there and pay 10 times I paid here. Plus Stefano- was so so so very helpful- amazing host. Next time I am in Naples- will chose this venue.

Charming accommodation and excellent host in heart of Napoli

Cloister Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Naples! The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The location in the heart of Naples is excellent for all activities with charming places to explore nearby.What really made our stay special was the owner, Stefano! He is an experienced, knowledgeable, and fun tour guide. We had the pleasure of being on a tour he led in Sicily last year and were excited for the opportunity to stay at his Inn and to explore his city with him. Highly recommended this charming place to stay and hiring Stefano as your guide to this beautiful and interesting city!

Stefano is a great tour director and host, his love of travel and knowledge of over 100 countries he has visited is both enlightening and entertaining. We had the pleasure of having him as our tour guide in Sicilia 5 years ago for a spectacular 2 weeks. Cloister Inn is his focus these days and the modern rooms that we stayed in for 3 nights was comfortable, clean and very well appointed, everything you need are in the rooms. Breakfast is a very short walk around the corner of historic Naples. Coffee and cornetto is your typical Italian breakfast, but watching Naples wake up is the highlight, so get up get out and see this amazing city. Stefano organised an itinerary to suit our needs, keeping in mind that my Mum was with us and considered her utmost. Our first day was an informative tour of Naples old town, I was mesmerised by the streets, sounds, smells, architecture, beauty, grittiness and greatness so much that my need to stop for pictures was patiently met by Stefano, he was born there so his in depth knowledge and history of Napoli was very welcome. We had a great pizza together at Palazzo Petrucci in the piazza of the obelisk, great roof top with views overlooking this piazza. Our second day was a boat trip circling Capri, Stefano helped us with taxis to the port, and all information we needed to make this as easy and pleasant as possible, he didn’t disappoint.Our third day was organised by Stefano by car, a full day with Roberto our driver visiting Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. It was perfect, even though we have seen these hot spots before, it was a different take on it and thoroughly worth it. Roberto was at our pickup points within minutes of msg him.I would recommend staying at the Cloister Inn in the centre of historical Napoli with Stefano as you host for his experience and knowledge as well as his caring kind attention to his guests, he was always on hand by WhatsApp and replied immediately, Cloister Inn has an amazing antique lift that works beautifully and most welcome after a long day out.The rooms have air conditioning, spacious showers and comfortable beds and pillows. Tea and coffee in rooms and its safe secured building. I would certainly go back to The Cloister Inn B&B. Anna Teresa and Davide x

The convenience of the room. The enthusiasm of the host. The thoughtfulness of everything. Outweighed the small bed. In an ideal world this would have warranted 9 out of 10.If you are under 6ft you won’t have a problem.Enough of the one negative point.We really enjoyed staying here as the location was amazing. Right by the cathedral and monastery and a short stroll from so much more we even enjoyed the 100m stroll to breakfast.When you realise it is bang opposite a gym you will find the entrance more easily.Our host flooded us with information. From how to get there, the price to pay, how long it would take, to the trips you should take, and precisely what they were called.Everything we did was seemingly close by.We loved Naples and will return.
