55 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     Mixed review! Hotel reception staff very friendly and so helpful with any queries. However, our dining experience wasn't so good. The staff seemed indifferent, not friendly or professional! The food wasn't 4* star standard by any means. We noticed a few residents, like us, didn't finish their meal 😕 Lovely gardens and a super roof terrace. The rooms comfortable & clean. The hotel is above Napoli and a very bumpy taxi drive away. Apparently there is a bus, 10 minutes walk, but we didn't see one.

    Very far from the center of town. Rooms didn’t look quite like the pictures and the atmosphere was very bland. The only reason I have 3 stars and not 2 is because the staff was lovely! The front desk receptionist helped me book an early morning taxi and were very warm and welcoming.

    The hotel's site is really very beautiful, but the interior of the hotel and the quality of service do not live up to expectations. First, we were placed in a room on the lower level (below the reception). We had a view of a wall a few meters from the window. In the hallway, the carpets were very dirty and worn out. The soundproofing is non-existent. We went to the bar where we had to wait 20 minutes to locate the bartender. There were three couples, and the wait was so long that one couple decided to leave. I asked for the wine and cocktail menu, and I was told there wasn't one. I ordered a dry martini, and that is not what I was served. In short, bad service, poor soundproofing, dirty and worn carpets - I will not be going back.

    I booked this hotel for a one night stay in Naples before heading to Sardinia. When we arrive we were shocked at how beautiful the grounds were. It looked like a park. The reception was friendly. The room’s were clean and everything was nice. We even booked a taxi to the airport for 8a the next morning. After unpacking, we decided to go the bar for a drink and to enjoy the property. We saw the menu as we entered — it was a full menu. We ordered negroni’s. We were informed that they did not have any ingredients to make the negroni’s, so we settled for a glass of wine. This should have been our first warning. We decided to go the restaurant for dinner — the menu at the entrance looked amazing and reasonably priced. When we sat down, we were informed that the menu was outdated and nothing from that menu was available. We asked for a menu twice and they had no menu… We ordered in broken Italian from a waiter without prices. We got pasta with pesto, prawns, and calamari. It took over an hour just to get the pasta. The prawns came out at about 1.5 hours. We almost left. both items were horribly cooked. The next morning, we skipped breakfast due to our experience with the kitchen the night before. We went to the front to meet the taxi at 8a. It didn’t show up. The front desk was terribly unhelpful. We saw they offered a shuttle for 45 euro, we offered to pay. They turned us down. We were scrambling to make our flight, our kids were in tears. I would NEVER stay here again even if someone paid me…

    Nice room..effective and kind personel, service level high, beautiful seating in the garden for breakfast. Right between the center city and the beautiful park of Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte where we found peace and quiet yet training possibilities - the perfect spot for us. Would choose the same hotel again!! 🌟🫶🌞
