    An average hotel. Room was OK but the shower was very, very small. I am not a big person!Hotel bar very expensive compared to all other local places.You will get charged for the daily water in your room but they don’t tell you this until checkout.If there is a tour group they reserve all the best seats (overlooking Pompei ruins) at meal times.Nearby there are many great restaurants.     The location of this hotel for visiting historical Pompeii site is fantastic, 1 min walk. The hotel itself is clean and has everything you need. The restaurant is superb.     Lovely hotel - clean, tidy, comfortable, and friendly staff. Great location (easy walking distance from Pompei train station or Pompei Scavi train station), and close to the town centre and plenty of restaurants. Amazing views at breakfast (cafe on the fourth floor). My only slight negative is the bathroom needs an upgrade - shower had good pressure but the shower head was a bit scaled up, some mould on the ceiling, and a better hairdryer would be great. BUT - I would definitely stay here again.     Lovely hotel in prime location

    Good location, friendly staff, rooms need a bit of an up grade. Cannot fault attentiveness of the staff and enjoyed our stay but the rooms need a bit of face-lift. We had to borrow an adapter from the hotel to plug in the kettle provided in the room as the sockets wouldn't work. The TV only has Italian channels and the fridge didn't work. This was important as I had medication to keep cool during my stay. We also had a balcony but no furniture to sit on. The staff did everything they could to assist but the rooms just need an upgrade and the attention to making everything work.Especial thank you to the wonderful breakfast and reception staff who made us so welcome and made our holiday great.This hotel is perfectly placed for getting into the pompeii site and surrounding areas.
