If I could give it a negative star I would. An awful hotel with very very rude employees. When i checked out the morning shift asked me to pay extra fees when I said that I had already paid the via booking where i booked the room i showed him my reservation and that it said that everything was paid and he rudely responded he didn’t care and that I should talk to booking. This was regarding to the customer service. About the room it was spacious but very dirty. The walls had mold and the room was nothing like the pictures.I wouldn’t visit again.

Conned from start to finish in Italy

In a fraud, I was told to pay a tourist tax on check out. I was forced to pay 28 euros despite not being notified. After I left I found out I’d been overcharged8 euros. It is 2.50 euros per night and me and my son stayed4 nights and it’s a 3 star so it is 20 euros. I complained to Trevor at Travekdeals who refused to take action against the fraud . Travel deals wrongly midsole me a holiday based on a misrepresentation it included an all expenses coach trip to Pompeii to pick up at 7am. I found out it was not included and had to go by train plus pay my entry tickets to Pompeii. I would like to report these rogues to the travel ombudsman on principle and because I am now out of pocket of 30.50 euros in total snd do not work and single mum on six. It is disgusting. Think twice before going to Italy or travelling with travel deals or staying at Hotel Diamond. It is 3 star and does not even have a kitchen to cook in so is far from a four star hotel by miles.

Not so good this time

This hotel is very new but the premier rooms are in another building. WE arrived and waited 3 hours for 1 bag of 2 to be delivered. Staff wear suits in a place that is HOT why not just a crisp white shirt.Taormina is famous for the location for the filming of the Corleone House in the Godfather oh and black jewellery

Bad location and charged us 2 times for room

This place was in a terrible location and was actually frightening to go outside after dark. The breakfast was bad and the charged us 2 times for the room which we are still working with visa to get it back. The rooms were actually nice and clean but that is the only good thing I have to say about this place.

The hotel room was clean, nice and looked exactly same like on photos. Breakfast was bad but we knew it when we booked hotel. If you want a coffee or tea for breakfast, you have to go to the reception and say about it to reception guy and he will make a coffee/tea for you. Staff were friendly. There is some parking places but sometimes they were full. We went to say about it to the reception and they fixed it.
