    Cozy hub in a great city!

    A lovely place to rest after exploring Naples! Dimora diamante is clean, quiet, well maintained, comfy beds, hot shower, nice size rooms and a good breakfast! The self check in routine was easy to understand and quick to follow. The lady's who work there are very helpful and always on hand to answer any queries you have. The location is great with the hotel being next to a train station and plenty of bus links. The bay is a short walk down the road and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Coffee is always available 24/7 and overall a very pleasant stay 😊

    Overall the place is OK. Clean and the staff in the morning is nice snd helpful. However in the bathroom they have a mold problem. They need to use tile rather than a material that absorbs water. One bathroom was seriously smelly with mold coming from the shower and the area around the sink.

    Great place. Very close to the principal transportation hubs of Naples. The owner is invisible but always available and responsive for every need. Even for help outside the hotel. Thank you. Strongly recommended. We hope to come back soon.

    Good b&b room, room is clean, not too big, is not a hotel, is kind of b&b room. Breakfast is only pasticeria and yogurt… Could be better. The negativ thing: location near train and can hear the noise( some rooms). Location is fine, 1 min till train station.

    This property is in a very unsafe part of the city, my family witnessed a nearbye street with happy ladies, my brother inlaw almost got his telephone stolen, the property entrance was filthy with strangers lurking in the corridors. I could not stay at the property because of my bad health. The property managers did not respond to messages and refused to refund any of the money for me although I informed them I was hospitalised. They were very unfair in helping me. I deffinately don't recommend this unethical establishent.
