    Excellent. I stayed for four nights and I highly recommend it. Room was clean and big, the hotel is 10 mins or less walking from the central station, the port and the city center. And the service was magnificient, with Giovanni and all the rest of the staff. They were very kind, efficient, and very attentive to solve all my doubts about travelling around the city and the area. Grazie mille!

    we arrived and checked in without any problems. entered our room and it seemed ok. then we seen the toilet with a seat that was cracked and unusable. we spoke to the manager and he said he would come replace it we headed out to supper on return the manager told us he would replace the toilet seat in the morning. so we head up to our room.... toilet seat was removed.... so for 2 men trying to sit and not have our bits dangling into the toilet.... we had to hover.... we stayed for 2 nights. the toilet seat was never replaced. we were not offered another room, no compensation. nothing. also the neighbourhood is quite sketchy and felt unsafe for walking at night.

    Small adequate hotelWith good breakfast but in a very tough neighborhood. Room was small but ok, very thin walls. Our next door neighbour tried our door which freaked us out. Lift tiny, no hand rails on the stairs. Breakfast and Terrance in 55) floor. Lift stops at 4th floor. Reception tiny only a meeting place

    Clean Boutique hotel, in a good location with great staff

    I went to Naples with my daughter to celebrate end of exams in June. We decided to stay at the Fly Boutique Hotels based on the reviews and location, and we were not disappointed!The Hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, and it is in a great location. The continental breakfast is fresh, with a good variety of fruit, pastries, and sandwiches to choose from. For me where the Hotel excels is it's staff, they were very helpful and attentive, so I cannot write this review without a special thank you to Jovanni, who greeted us on arrival, and gave us some very good advice on where to visit, and how to navigate around Naples, Emily who also works the Reception, and was also very helpful in making sure that our stay was a comfortable as possible, and Emanuela who worked in the Restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for her, we were always greeted with a friendly smile at breakfast, and she made sure that we always had everything we needed.All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel, if you are looking for a small clean Boutique hotel, in a good location, clean but no frills standard rooms, good continental breakfast, and with excellent staff.

    Too expensive for what it was

    The hotel was clean but too expensive for what it was. It is very far from the nice part of town and in a come down neighbourhood.The mattress was lumpy, the walls very thin. The bathroom is badly adjusted and very tight, the elevator very small.The breakfast room looks better in pictures.
