This hotel is located near to Piazza Garibaldi in the historic city centre of Naples (around 100 m), near to main transportation links, such as the railway station (200 m), the harbour and the metro. Guests will find Corso Umberto 1 and its shops just some 500 m away and it is around 1 km to the Duomo, 1.2 km to the Cristo Velato, 1.5 km to Maschio Angioino Castle and Piazza Plebiscito and 2 km to the Archaeological Museum and the beach at Posilipo. The Certosa San Martino is approximately 5 km away and it is about 20 km to Pompei. Naples International Airport is about 2 km from the hotel.

    One of the best 'budget' hotels I've stayed at!

    This is a hidden gem of a hotel! I stayed in a newly renovated room on the top floor. The room had a private terrace (with an outdoor shower) a hot tub in the room and the best air conditioning I've experienced!Breakfast was basic but sufficient.Hotel cleanliness was to a very high standard.The location near Centrale was excellent as a base for travelling around the Naples region. The area around the hotel isn't the best, but not unusual for any big city centre.

    Good clean Hotel . Amazing location next to Garibaldi Square . The staff were brilliant extremely pleasant and very helpful and they could not do enough for us . When I return to Naples I will definitely be staying here breakfast was also very good . Extremely good value for money would recommend especially for people on a budget. A truly great experience.

    Stayed here for 3 nights. After reading stories here I was afraid what can I expect because people described it like a horror story. And they are wrong (unless something really went wrong for them or hotel changed). Hotel has small elevator.We were in room 606 on the 6th floor. Our room was for four person but we were only three.Room was spacious with balcony.Room had aircondition, tv (very small), small fridge and bathroom (needs renovation but its ok).Bathroom had shower. We got 10 towels and the staff changed them every day as well as cleaning our room.Staff was helpful and pleasant.Location is great because of its price and it s near city centre (Centro storico), stores, restaurants and main train station.Only problem is that near main station there s lots of homeles people and bumbs but we didnt had any problem although it isnt nice walking near them on night.All in all hotel has breakfast which is great (juice, water, fruit, caffe, tea, cereals, jams, croissants, toasts, cheese, butter, salami..) and would recommend staying here.

    The room was large and the balcony was appreciated. The view was mediocre. Breakfast was less than mediocre. One advantage was that it is very close, and an easy walk, to the central station area where a huge number of tours have their pick up point. Area around the hotel looks dodgy but there is a fabulous restaurant one street back behind the hotel.

    We did not accept 8 persons from Lithuania to the Hotel Garden Napoli. My colleagues and I had paid vouchers. From 07/04/2022, from 8:40 PM to 11:00 PM, we spoke to the hotel staff who threw us on the street. Only with the help of the director of the reservation system did we get another hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
