Location

Placed in the centre of Naples, the hotel is a short walk from the historical centre, the shopping area, and the main artistic sites. It is perfect for tourists who can reach the harbour in a few minutes (boarding for hydrofoils, fast ferries, Metro del Mare to reach islands and the coast). Facility

The hostel has 15 rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hostel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms

    I stayed here with my daughter a week. We had a great time! Location is amazing and great as base to explore the area. Hotel is super clean, girls at the front desk are very helpful and professional. Breakfast is served in the room only, very punctual. It is very quiet and we always had a good night sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

    Hotel is in a wonderful location, so close to everything! The staff are just amazing & always made you feel welcome. The room is just a perfect size and the bathroom has an amazing shower.. breakfast is available in the hotel but did not order any as I'm not a breakfast kinda girl but helpful tip to others.

    Small hotel tucked away on a back street but close to everything you need. Port a few minutes walk away, metro 5 mins walk away, shopping area just around the corner. Rooms were small but absolutely fine, cleaned every day. No tea/coffee making facilities but mentioned to staff I miss making a coffee when I wake up the next day there was a kettle & coffee etc in my room.Staff really nice & really helpful.No complaints at all about the hotel, really didn't like Naples, won't be returning but that's not the hotels fault!

    I was in town for work, my better half to be a tourist. Close to the port, lots of restaurants, train station 2 blocks away. The rooms were clean, big enough for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The AC was great for the time of year we were there. There was a breakfast area, they would make your favorite type of coffee. My schedule didn't allow me to eat all the pastries. Our Italian was sub par but that didn't stop the staff from answering questions and making our stay a memorable visit. Naples is the 3rd largest city in Italy, we enjoyed just walking the streets or people watching. The location was great for that. If you drive, which I would not recommend, there is a parking garage next to the hotel.

    The Service at this hotel is simply terrible!!! I honestly don't understand how they got such good ratings. I called several times to request to speak with the manager to submit a complain and the lady I was speaking with kept on hanging up on me every time I would ask when he would be available to speak with me. I mentioned to her that I was calling from Canada and was being charged for long distance calls but that didn't stop her. After 5 times I just gave up. I was trying to have my dates switched as I was not able to be there on time and they didn't want to accommodate and were extremely rude. I ended up not going and I am pretty sure they double booked the room and refused to refund or reschedule. extremely greedy and unpleasant!Beware!!!
