This debonair hotel is located directly in St. Lucia's romantic harbour, near to the San Carlo Opera House. The hotel was built in 1906. The hotel has 94 rooms, including 17 suites, 6 single rooms and 47 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     I enjoyed our stay here as it was in a nice location and the room was nice. The only thing that let it down was the lack of complimentary water in the room. Paid water from the fridge was expensive.

    My stay at Hotel Santa Lucia in Naples was truly exceptional. The hotel combines classic elegance with the warm hospitality that makes Naples so special. The location is perfect, right on the beautiful waterfront, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of charm and modern comfort. Every member of the staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and wonderful recommendations for the city.Breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh local products and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the sea. The entire experience felt relaxing, refined, and authentically Neapolitan.I highly recommend Hotel Santa Lucia to anyone visiting Naples. It is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty, culture, and elegance of this incredible city. I look forward to returning soon.

    We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia and were pleasantly surprised by how nice, clean, and spacious the room was. It had a beautiful view overlooking the port and a lovely small balcony that was perfect for morning coffee. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.The hotel is located in the newer part of Naples (New Napoli), where the streets are wider and lined with countless bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We also really appreciated that you can walk to the main shopping areas or the historic Old Napoli in about 30 minutes.The only downside was some street noise at night from the lively area below. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent value, great views, and a fantastic location. Would definitely return!

    Nice Hotel on waterfront

    Unfortunately there was a 2 day taxi driver strike during our visit and hotel is not close to metro station, about a 20-30 minute walk away. However plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy. Room was large with excellent water pressure in shower. Bed was very comfy. Overall a nice hotel on the bay. We enjoyed our stay otherwise...
