Location

This hotel is located on the 2nd floor of a century-old building on the world's most beautiful waterfront. Just a short walk from the hotel guests will find the splendid Villa Comunale and the adjoining marine aquarium. Just opposite the hotel, to the other side of the street, hydrofoils depart to Ischia, Capri and the Aeolian Islands, while a few steps away are the stations of the funicular, the FF and SS and Mergellina metro station. The nearest bars, restaurants, beach and public transport links are all to be found roughly 500 metres from the hotel and it is approximately 1 kilometre to the Piazza dei Martiri, Baretti nightclub, the city park and Via die Mille and Via Chiaia – the shopping miles. The historical centre is about 2 kilometres away (Piazza Plebiscito) and it is about a 30-minute journey to Pozzuoli and Solfatara, roughly 45 minutes by boat to Capri, and around 60 minutes to Pompeii.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1800. The hotel has 9 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by a lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.     Rooms were clean, equiped with all what you need for stay. Very confortable bed, I slept like a baby. Everyone was sming at me and I felt nearly like at home! Perfect location, close to metro/train few meters from main promenade along the sea. Great value for money!

    I booked this "hotel" for my parents for a couple of nights in Naples, in the reservartion I added 1 person instead of 2, my mistake. I called immediately to let them know about the mistake. They said ok no problem, we will change it.During my parents stay, they were asked repeatedly to pay 60 euro for the second person, when I called they never mentioned it.When I emailed them, an individual from the hotel kept responding with an attitude, arrogance and unprofessionalism that I have never ever experience before. The worst part is that he never disclosed hi name.I will report this issues with booking.com Jho_2006, Proprietario at H Rooms Boutique Hotel, responded to this review ITALIANOIl SIGNORE che ha scritto questa "recensione" NON ABBIAMO MAI AVUTO IL PIACERE DI INCONTRARLO" non ha mai provato i ns servizi. La recensione è stata fatta per il semplice fatto che avendo prenotato per errore una stanza Dus ( per 1 persona) ed essendosi presentati i suoi gentili e simpatici genitori, abbiamo chiesto di pagare una piccola ed onesta differenza di euro 10,50 per la 2 persona a notte. Oltre la tassa di soggiorno ( quella va sempre pagata). Inoltre siamo stati anche minacciati che se avessimo chiesto la differenza lui avrebbe scritto una recensione negativa, così è stato! Noi siamo sempre corretti con i corretti ma per i disonesti ed approfittatori questi no!ENGLISHThe LORD who wrote this "review" WE NEVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO MEET IT "He never tried our services.The review was made for the simple fact that having mistakenly booked a room Dus (for 1 person) and having asked his kind and nice parents, to pay a small and honest difference of € 10.50 for the 2 people per night.Over the tourist tax (that should always be paid) .In addition we were also threatened that if we had asked the difference he would write a negative review, so it was!     Beautiful hotel! We did a reservation for 3 days.The room was comfortable and clean and the manager was very gentle. The hotel has an amazing water view and there are very good restaurants nearby.We really enjoyed our stay in there.I highly recommend this hotel.

    I loved that place, perfect location, easy to find. Located in a central position on the Caracciolo seafront. With every comfort in the room, excellent value for money and helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

    We stayed for 4 nights in this little charming B&B perfect to explore the city outside the hustle & bustle of the city center. Very pleasant and helpful staff, quiet and renovated rooms. Breakfast is included and served in your rooms every morning. Few steps away from Mergellina train station and on the other side of the beautiful seaside walk.
