    Ideal location! 2 block walk to Pompeii Archaeological Park. We purchased our tickets for Pompeii at the front desk of the hotel and the staff printed our tickets, which included the bar code, so when we got to the park, we zipped right in. The purchase ticket line at Pompeii, can be long, so purchase in advance. Lots of restaurants and shops around hotel but the hotel has a terrific rooftop bar/restaurant!

    Gorgeous room and stellar service from reception. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We can’t remember the man’s name who mainly helped us, he had a horse (I think?) tattoo on the right side of his neck. He helped get tix for our Pompeii tour, gave us restaurant recommendation and was very helpful, friendly and professional.

    Beautiful modern hotel. Nice retreat after a lot of walking to visit the Roof top bar. We also had a dinner there that was amazing. Views were spectacular and close to New Pompeii to walk and shop.

    Did not have good experience. Bad service and bad food. Overpriced. Location is the only benefit - close to pompeii. I do not recommend staying here.
