    I had an aperitif at this splendid hotel (located in a questionable area) with a truly urban and chic design, but it has just one problem: the cleanliness of the restrooms. It's a nightmare to walk in and see stuck-on pieces of poop and hair everywhere. Please, fix this and improve the cleanliness because it's disgraceful to see in a 5-star hotel!Furthermore, it is not even fair to pay to not be able to use a necessary service for fear of contracting some infection.

    I had been complaining about the noise levels since I arrived as there is terrible building work is going on. The manage reflected on my complaint 2 days later and came back to me offering a voucher for free drink to my family as an apology which was finally a Relief. However after that, there is yet another incident of horrible service today. Today’s kind and considerate manager reflected on my complaint and offered my family a gift voucher for a free drink in the bar downstairs which had clear instructions. I took it to the bar and asked for a Hendrix gin and lemonade. It was declined saying ‘ it’s a premium drink and there are 2 drinks involved already as I had ordered gin and a lemonade already ’- my family wanted 2 more drinks and my wife asked for a cup of tea. The voucher was for 4 people and the rude bartender and her colleague were absolutely disinterested in the fact I was using this voucher for an apology from the the manager on duty all day( 22 May 26) today for the complaint I had raised earlier. The bar staff are incredibly impolite, arrogant and frankly extremely rude, despite us explaining the situation.I went then to the reception asking to speak with the manager on site and we were told there is no one in charge until the morning, which is complete lie as the hotel of this size should and would always have a manager 24:7. The reception man started laughing at our complaint and made us feel even cheaper by saying ‘it’s an Italian thing’ and where both me and my son pointed out to them that the matter wasn’t funny at all and was extremely insulting. Overall this hotel is cold, impersonal, full of arrogant staff who are actually making people feel small and have no mannerisms, no empathy and in my lifetime I have not seen this type of appalling service. The only kind person I met here was the manager on duty today 22/05/26 ( M ) but sadly his own staff doesn’t follow his instructions as illustrated above. Needless to say this will be put on your review page. I know it means nothing to this hotel staff, but this is the least I can do. This has ruined all our evening and the entire stay. Would never recommend to anyone !!!

    Two days of cancelled flights to the US at Naples Airport. Both nights I received the incredible hospitality of the Naples Airport Holiday Inn. The professionalism and helpful, welcoming attitude of the front desk staff and in particular Angelo made an impossibly difficult experience actually pleasant. The hotel’s rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. The food and service at the bar and restaurant (be sure to book the very reasonable breakfast included rate) made my two nights of unplanned stays an experience to enjoy instead of forget. Thank you!

    Noisy hotel, not relaxing!

    Noisy noisy noisy!Exist at around 7:45-8am daily (except Sundays) the building work will start. Drilling, banging, knocking all lovely to wake up to.If the building work doesn’t get you then the cleaning staff will. Hoovering, rattling of draws dropping things on tiled floors in adjacent rooms plus chatting to other staff full volume down the corridors.There’s no escape - when I asked the move rooms I was told the hotel has many floors with building work currently so it’s not possible. Definitely not a relaxing stay.On top of that the area is a total dump but that’s more my own fault for not looking thoroughly enough.One good thing, there’s a nearby Metro stop for getting into the centre.     Nice stay with family on 14th floor. Great view of Mt. Vesuvius and friendly staff. Very clean hotel in a quite business area of city. 3 min walk to metro. Our AC had issues first night, able to get fans
