    Hotel Columbo a no no especially for women!!

    Location central but surrounded on both sides by groups of migrant men hanging around drinking and arguing over so much as a cardboard box, very scary esp at night time, room was tiny, dirty, door was like plastic and our room was beside stairs for all to go by, v noisy, we checked out within an hour and found a much cleaner safer hotel with way friendlier staff. We were refused a refund and even refused giving back the 44 euro we'd just paid for city taxes,would not recommend this hotel more like hostel to anyone. Especially women travelling alone.

    Nice hotel very central shops and restaurants near by. Free air conditioning and breakfast wasn't bad.     Ideal hotel for train station and to walk around Naples basic but very comfortable for what we needed

    Hotel was ok , only a few members of staff were pleasant , others made me feel quite uncomfortable and were very aloof , room was tiny but cleaned every day , bathroom tiny , bed was really bad , the mattress had a huge dip in it and I didn’t sleep much at all , breakfast ok but very basic , garden was nice to sit in but was locked very early everyday . The hotel was in a great location for buses trains and taxis although at night time the area was very different in a bad way but I guess that’s Naples for you Giovanni Russo, Proprietario at Hotel Colombo, responded to this review Good morning, thank you for your review and I'm sorry you experienced any issues during your stay.     The area around the hotel isn’t the best to look at but we always felt comfortable and we never had any issues. The Hotel itself was great the people were extra nice . The room was cleaned and fresh towels every day . The breakfast was ok .
