    Wonderful boutique hotel, warm welcoming staff, great continental breakfast.Hotel is tucked away in a courtyard, a little oasis in the chaos of Napoli...Will stay there again if we ever go back to Naples!

    A perfect stay in the centre of Naples….

    We have just returned home to the UK after spending 10 nights in this beautiful hotel in the heart of Naples… the hotel is stunning, the room we stayed in (104) on the ground floor looked out onto the garden and pool.. the room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed and spotless bed linen changed daily.. the staff were amazing and we would like to say a special thank-you to:Adelaide and Antonella who welcomed us to breakfast every day with a smile and perfect service….Pasquale and Enzo who kept the beautiful pool and gardens maintained to the highest standards…. Pietro… with his charming smile, who seemed to be busy everywhere making sure that guests were happy and everything was perfect….Finally we chose to spend 10 days in Naples because there is so much to see and we wanted to find the heart of the city and its people… and staying at this lovely hotel added so much to our memories and we hope to return some day… so thank you all….

    We look for hotels that are off the beaten path. We were pleased with the Constantinopoli 104. Our room was very comfortable. We loved the shared terrace outside of our room. Breakfast was delicious. The staff accommodating and pleasant. Did I mention in it was in the middle of the old city center. Walking everywhere was easy!

    Fantastic location! Quiet even though as soon as you get out of the hotel there are dozens of bars and restaurants and a lot of ppl in the streets. The room (suite) was large and clean but Ikea furniture for a 4 stars hotel???The bathroom needs some better cleaning (bidet and sink). Lights in the (great) shower not working. Nothing to hang your towel near the shower. The room could use a little repair here and there (see pictures). Mattress is so so (soft, you can feel the springs) and pillow are hard as a rock. The swimming pool is cute but if you plan on swimming for exercise forget about it: way too small.At night, no reception: only a rude bouncer.Overall, if you're looking for a 3 stars hotel very well located (but overpriced) it's a good choice.

    We wanted a classy hotel, a bit special for our trip to Naples. Looking at the website Costantinololi 104 looked just what we were looking for. We have travelled widely and after some research, thought we had found the perfect place.After a long train journey our arrival was met with apathy by the female receptionist - almost of though we were interrupting her "admin". Anyway, we put that aside and checked in. Our room (305) was tiny and very simply furnished. A bit disappointing. Yes there is a terrace where you can sunbathe and yes there is a swimming pool (with a notice saying its not suitable for swimming) but other than that it felt like a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was OK. I would say that when we had a problem with hotel wi fi the male receptionist was very helpful and went out of his way to solve the issue. So all in all, the position is great for the historic centre, but not a particularly special hotel.
