    Excellent hotel, exceptionally clean.The staff are very helpful, breakfast is continental with a great choice of breads cheese meats etc. Antonio is the hotels taxi driver drops off and picks up for an agreed fee which is cheaper than the taxis in Naples.Would book to stay again when we come to Naples.

    Going to Italy for the first time from Canada we didn't know what to expect.Nice hotel at a good price. A bit on the outskirts of Napoli but we knew that already. A great breakfast is also included.Where this hotel exceeds is it's customer service. Antonio at the front desk is amazing and goes above and beyond his duties. He speaks both English and Italian fluently and his advice and recommendations made our 2 nights safe and fun. We will definitely be going back.The hotel recommended Antonio who is a taxi driver in the area and an amazing driver and tour guide. He explained where we should and shouldn't go and was available to drive us whenever and wherever we needed to go.Thank you to both Antonio's for making our mini vacation amazing.

    Lovely friendly staff, super helpful. Soft comfortable beds including bunks for our children which is better than some other places we've stayed. Wonderfully clean rooms and fresh bedding and towels provided every day while we were out. Free parking and no more than 40 minutes drive from all the places we wanted to visit.Breakfast was a delicious selection of pastries and cakes, cereals, breads and spreads as well as cheese and meats. Variety of fruit juices and yoghurts also available.Antonio was so friendly and helpful and greeted us on arrival with fresh, cold, pineapple juice while we checked in.

    I booked a trip through lastminute.com staying at this hotel from 11-17 Aug 2024. I was Trayvon a family trip with my husband , daughter and son. The hotel itself is vey dates and whist walk to our room noticed that there had been plaster work completed but not fully finished on many on the walls whilst walking to our room. The room was very dated and had damage and well worn marks on the dressing table and as soon as I walked into the bathroom there was a strong smell or damp and mould. My son has asthma so didn’t want him staying in a room in this condition. I walked down to reception to explain what the problem was and said that we would not be staying in this room as it was not what I had expected and also due to the strong smell of damp and mould in the bathroom, they didn’t have any other rooms but offered two single room where my daughter and son could stay this was not acceptable so decided to book another hotel. I spoke to the manager who said he would talk to the booking firm about a refund. We didn’t stay in the hotel Europa and went to another hotel. They said we weren’t entitled to any refund so kept the full price of the hotel even though we never stayed there. We have not received any refund at all. I would definitely not recommend this hotel toanyone especially if you have any breathing, asthma condition as it would be detrimental to health.

    The hotel is clean but dated .. on the outside of Naples .The only problem is the internet in the room .Almost impossible to do any research or calls .Breakfast is kk but the coffee is excellentWould recommend to stay in a hotel more close to Naples
