    This is an amazing little hotel. I would have given it 5 had we hired a car so easier to get about.However, hotel does offer transfers.It was exceptionally clean, staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Francesca.Would definitely stay again

    We stayed at this wonderful hotel together with a couple of our friends and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well looked after thanks to the lovely atmosphere, the attention to every detail, and the professionalism of the entire staff.A very special thank you goes to Francesca, who was our point of reference throughout our stay — always kind, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable and memorable.We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know because we genuinely had such a great time in every aspect.     This hotels pulls out all the stops. Yes it's not in walking distance to anything, the road outside has no pavements, so very risky walking, BUT the staff help you in every way they can and The taxi service is a very good price. The bar isn't a bar as such, they have drinks but quite expensive, we bought from a local supermarket. They have a pizza pasta menu which is very reasonable and delicious. We upgraded to a suite and I'm glad we did it was our own small oasis and we loved it. Jacuzzi and sauna in room perfect for a resting day.The complimentary breakfast is pastry fruit, crisp bread, jams and yogurt . Very nice start to the day and amazing coffee. The cleanliness is on point it's spotless. This hotel is personable and charming the staff compliment the hotel and are a credit to the hotel. Very little english speaking staff but you work out what each other means. If visiting Pompeii this hotel is a charming stay we loved it

    I would definitely recommend this hotel for stop gap for tourist areas around Pompeii/italy I cannot stress enough how the staff and taxi services go above and beyond they will sort absolutely anything they can for you so friendly and nothing too much trouble thank you La fenice you’ve made our weekend. They will sort you a takeaway and the pool areas are beautiful exceptional service .

    Just returned from a 3 night stay here. This is a small family run hotel and all of the team, Francesca,Michele, Victor and Nono and everyone else went out of their way to make sure we were happy.impeccably clean and tidy, can’t fault it at all.
