Location

The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. It offers a quiet location between the centre of Naples (10 km) and the airport, while the A1 motorway is within easy reach and Pompei is just 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

49 rooms, including 4 junior suites, 2 suites and 42 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine, projector and photocopier is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a spa and a solarium. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. Breakfast gives guests plenty of delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning.     Excellent service treated us so well

    We arrived at the hotel mid afternoon to find they had up graded us with out us requesting it.Our room was lovely with an huge terrace. We asked the hotel to order us a taxi which they did so and told us it would be a fix rate that had been negotiated by the hotel , which made it considerably cheaper for us to travel into Naples and back.The hotel over all was very good but there was one stand out and forgive i am probaly getting her name wrong but i am going to call her Connie? . She was exceptional, treated us like we were life long freinds.We inquired if there was a shuttle to the Airport which there was but not on the Sunday of our flight.Connie went into the back and negoiated with a young lad to take us to the airport.We ofcourse tipped him and it was well worth it as it was much cheaper than a Taxi.I would highly recomend the hotel and their staff, they are lovely people.     Our experience with this Hotel is 5 Star + 1 star = 6 Stars. The Hotel staff Natasha, Alesandro and Silvana were very friendly and accommodating. The adjacent Restaurant “Bistro Dali” the food was superb and service by Enrico head waiter highly recommended. Thank you for a memorable experience in Napoli. Bruce W.     PROBABLY MY LAST VISIT

    I once again stayed at this hotel for a long family vacation. While I love aspects of this hotel, such as the nice AC, the spacious rooms, the great breakfast served in a beautiful room with terrace overlooking the area and the nice Alessandro at the front desk, I will probably never return as:1- The shower stall is a deathtrap. Both my wife and I fell badly in its narrow space and very slippery floor. (I can only imagine how a fat man or pregnant woman could do serious damage to themselves).2- The garage is a worse nightmare than in the past. Totally dark, no overhead light, tiny cubicles surrounded by columns, delivery vans occupying more than one space I scratched my rented car twice in three days causing Euros 1,100 of damage,STAY AWAY!!     A VISIT ONCE AGAIN

    Have stayed at this hotel several times for long stays durung my family visits to the area. I like this hotel and would like to come back especially since Alessandro, one of the concierge is a wonderful person and helped us with a delicate issue this visit.However, I have asked for rooms facing the front twice and was not given one. I wonder why as hotel was not full at all. Also, usual problems with negotiating the garage.     Horrible dirty and cigarette smelly room. Impolite receptionist.

    The lady at the desk had a condescending attitude. First room given smelled cigarette and pillows were dirty, so we asked for another room. Second room , the sheet were dirty it looked like someone walked with shoes on it. Rooms are cheap and not well taken care of. In the end we asked to be refunded so we could leave. The lady accepted. Apart from her, the rest of the staffs were kind and sorry for us. It is more like a 2 stars hotel. Not recommended.
