    The entrance to this hotel is very different, as the hotel itself is on the 2nd floor of a very old building.It is very clean and very modern.The shower stall is roomy, but the rest of the bathroom is severely cramped.Breakfast was excellent.Bedding was poor.Noise insulation does not exist.DO NOT accept a room anywhere near the reception area, as the staff consider it a necessity to talk until the small hours, and with no soundproofing you can hear every word.Location was good.Would we stay there again.No.

    Just back from a week staying at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening and yes it doesn't look like a standard hotel at the front but when you arrive to the floor its like any other hotel. Reception gave us a warm welcome and within 2 minutes we were being given a map highlighting places of interest and given our key to our room.The room was modern and very spacious with a lovely balcony. Cleaners were in each day and the room had a great tv hairdryer and shower.While we stayed here I had to receive a delivery and the hotel were excellent letting me know they would take it in and then making sure I got it when I passed the next day.We had breakfast in the brekfast room knew day and the selection was excellent and the coffee is great.The two ladies we dealt with at reception during our stay were amazing and I cannot thank them enough they were so friendly and welcoming. They are a credit to the hotel and deserve all the praise.The location of the hotel is right in the centre and within walking distance to the tourist spots. Highly recommend a stay here.

    Great location. Roberta at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was a typical European breakfast with a little bit of everything. We had eggs, croissants, Italian pastries, cheeses, fruit etc. It was all extremely clean and beautifully displayed. The location was conveniently located near the train station.     We just stayed here for 5 nights and would happily stay again. All the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and had excellent aircon, a large shower and useful amenities like an iron and hair straighteners. The breakfast was nice although not a massive selection. The hotel is well located for walking to all the main sights of Naples. The only 2 negatives were that the room doors had a gap at the bottom which let in quite a bit of light so had to use a towel to block it, and the doors shut very loudly so if you have guests on your floor who are staying out until the early hours, it can wake you if you are a light sleeper.     Overall Hotel Nunu is a good hotel in a well-located area by the university and minutes from spaconapoli - good breakfast ; excellent cappuccinos (friendly kitchen manager lady with dark curly hair)- Room 202 had a nice mini balcony with street view- Fridge but no kettle- Slippers, curling iron in room were a nice touch- Friendly receptionist, very accommodating - They won’t produce two room keys even if you’ve registered as 2 guests; instead they ask that you leave the key at reception - Tip : if you need a snack there’s a grocery store around the corner called “Conad” Nunzia Macchia, Proprietario at Hotel Nunu, responded to this review Thank you very much for your review.
