  Perfect base for exploring Naples!Stayed at Ideal City Walker Hotel for 1 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s right near Naples Central Station and all the main tour meeting points, so everything was super easy to get to. Tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance too,no need for taxis.The staff made the stay. Everyone was so welcoming and always smiling, and a special shoutout to *Mia* who went above and beyond to help us with directions and recommendations. The hotel itself smells amazing as soon as you walk in, and it’s kept really clean and comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed, good variety and the breakfast staff were just as friendly and helpful as the front desk.Great value, great location, great people. Would 100% stay again when I’m back in Naples.   Nicely located and fantastic suite

  Wevsl stayed in the apartment/suite. We loved it and would definitely go back. It is very close to the main railway and handy for all the attractions of Naples. The receptionist stored our bags, as we arrived early, and provided us with information and maps to explore by foot in the locale. Breakfast options were good, including gluten free. There is no lift so be aware that you will need to carry luggage up and down stairs.   A perfect place to stay while tasting Naples, at one side of the main train station, clean and well keeped rooms, excellent breakfast served by the friendly Tina, reception staff well prepared as well as the houskeeping team

  The hotel was great value for money. We paid £57 for one night in Naples for May. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly. The location is fantastic, right across from the train station and a 15 minute walk into the centre of Naples. The only criticism is that the rooms are not very sound proof. I could hear the man on the telephone until 11pm in the next room. Consider adding draught excluders to the bottom of the doors or something to block the noise and I wouldn’t be able to fault it.

  No lift so climbing stairs is an issue if you aren't good on your feet..... Room was ok but only equipped for one person and we were a couple so had to go back downstairs to tell the receptionist.....Bathroom was tiny and there was no hot water so we couldn't even shower! The water was left running for a while and was still stone cold.... On telling the receptionist she just said 'oh isn't there any hot water yet?' obviously they have an issue with their water system..... Good job we only stayed for 1 night! Only good thing about the place is it is a great location for the train station.
