Location

The hotel, next to the authentic Shrine of Saint Mary Frances of the Five Wounds of Jesus, is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Naples, a few steps from the famous pedestrian precinct of Via Toledo with its elegant shops for pleasant shopping. Further nearby attractions include the equally well known Piazza del Plebiscito with the Royal Palace and the theatre San Carlo, Via Caracciolo sea promenade, the tourist and commercial port, and the main administrative and financial offices. Naples Municipal Airport is approximately 25 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 4 junior suites, 3 single rooms and 7 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, room service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     This hotel was lovely, very quirky and just what we were looking for. The chaos of the Spanish quarter is literally on your doorstep. The area is lovely with places to eat all around. Easy walking access to train, port and sight seeing. Recommend the underground tour it’s fascinating. The beds were very comfy. The aircon worked well and the breakfast and especially the coffee (available all day) was delightful. I would recommend if you are looking for a hotel in the middle of it all!     A good hotel for a tourist visit or for work. Central, not expensive, rooms not larger than they need to be, but with desk space for laptops, and a well equipped bathroom and good shower. Soundproofing good. A generous breakfast selection. Front desk staff helpful. A hotel to return to.     Warm welcome at reception, in fact, all the staff were friendly.Our room number 44 was on the top floor, so very handy being able to use the lift.Comfortable bed and great shower with enough hanging space and storage for a few days.Great choice at breakfast, and a coffee machine which is available all day.Lovely, nice touches everywhere with a nod to the history of the building.Many good restaurants close by. Ideal location for seeing all the sights.So good to escape back into the hotel after a busy day sightseeing and enjoy a quiet drink on the terrace.     Quaint Hotel in the Old Town

    Spent 5 nights here and couldn't fault the hotel in any way. It's centrally located in the Spanish Quarter which is ideal for exploring and shopping. Not far from the port and metro stations should you wish to explore further afield.I had a single room which was above the busy street outside. However, due to the double glazing there was very little noise getting into the room. The room itself was compact, as described, but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable and room air conditioning very effective. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and staff continually check that nothing has run out or needs replaced. The only thing to call out is that the dining area is quite small and at busy times guests may need to wait for a table becoming available.Staff were all friendly and helpful.Would stay here again if I go to Naples.
