  I recently stayed at this hotel because its close location to my business. I do not recommend this hotel. The pictures of the entry of the hotel are nice, but the rooms are very outdated and old. The hotel lists air conditioning in each room, this is just not true. Our air conditioner did not work, and it was obvious it had not worked for a long time. Only half the lights and electrical outlets in the room were working, and the breakfast was very below average. The front desk staff was friendly, but the wait staff for breakfast did not want to be there. The food trays and beverage containers were empty, and they did not replenish any of it. If I could give this hotel a zero rating, I would. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in 20+ years of business travel. Sorry, but no not stay here until they update the rooms.

  I’ve never been to a hotel like this.For one thing, it looks great on the outside, and walking into the lobby you’d think this is a superb place that fully deserves its four stars. LOL.The inside of the hotel is worn, you can tell the place isn’t being looked after. The windows in the rooms don’t open all the way, some sockets and lights don’t work (depends on the room).It has been a strange experience because of the way the staff behaves. First of all, the word that comes to mind is ‘lazy’. Very lazy. I called the front desk to fix our window not being able to open, a nice girl comes to our room and opens it. Next day, aftr room service had done their thing, the window cannot be opened anymore, they unfixed it. Due to the socket on my side of the bed not working, I unplugged the TV to charge my phone. Room service plugged it back in. That detail they did notice and for some reason decided to plug the TV back in, but they didn’t notice the window not being able to open and the main light in the room not working. I also called them for the same window issue in my parents’ room, said they’d fix it but didn’t.In other hotels you’d have your minibar replenished, but here this is not the case. I could have enjoyed a cold beer upon returning to the room in the evening, but they were busy unfixing the window and making sure the TV that we weren’t using was plugged in, I guess they didn’t have the time to check the minibar.Breakfast was lousy as the food selection is extremely poor, both in quality and in quantity. I did like the croissant, though. Note: if you’re having really poor breakfast service, like the plates being restocked very slowly or not at all, it’s probably because all of the food is being served to the Italians who are staying at the hotel. One of our group wandered into the wrong section of the breakfast area and saw a far richer spread with eggs, fruit and the like being served to Italians. If you’re not Italian, bad luck i guess.The patio is a special story. In part due to the windows not opening and the temperatures being high, we decided to go outside on the patio to have some drinks and hang out. As we left it, with bottles and glasses there, everything was found exactly the same the next evening. Nothing had been cleaned. Maybe that was our duty as guests, I don’t know. Some people called the water to serve them drinks on the patio, he would come to bring the drinks, but paid no mind to the other stuff there that needed cleaning up. So we decided to help them snd gathered the glasses and bottles in place, maybe they’ll notice them, maybe not. Also, in the morning people would like to have a smoke after breakfast, but for some reason it is not allowed to go out onto the patio during the day.This is also the first time I’ve seen a hotel appear to not have decided on its prices. Several people in our group ordered various drinks and we realized that there was not a case of two people ordering the same drink for the same price. It would be three, five or six euros for whatever you’d have and the guy before you ordered the same thing but got a different price. Ridiculous. The seem to make prices up on the fly so if you catch one of the staff in a good mood, maybe you can get all kinds of drinks at a really low price.As we checked out, they didn’t bother to ask anyone about taking things from the minibar, we volunteered our euros for grabbing a couple of beers. I guess they forgot about the minibars.To sum up, if the price isn’t high, and you’re in a group, you can stay here if you want to have a laugh. You need a group for this, but we were laughing histerically when discussing all the things that had happened to us in this hotel. FFS.Btw the high rating is due to the laughs and the good night’s sleep we got.

  The hotel is located in an industrial area so it is good if you are attending meetings in the area. There is a trainstation in walking distance so it is possible to get to the town center for 2€. The rooms are a little worn and you can hear your neibours and also the train och road on the outside. The staff was wery serviceminded and helpfull.

  We arrive on a sunday and were met by one bad mood person deliver ouer keys. No smile or welcome.aftee Chek in we like take a swim But that was not possible because it had been rain in the morning??7 houers ago.We were mot even aload to use a sun bed of the same reason.breakfast is only some warm juice served in plastic cup,boxes of jam some croasang. No one speak english on this place and everything around this place is cover by garbage.They cant tell you were to go if you Ask them about advise for things to do or eat.wifi is only in the reseption area.only italyen TV channels.The beds are ok for sleeping and they do have a free parking.Use your money somewere else.
